OMG FIRE!! your siggy is adorable!! How did I miss this months siggy challenge pick?!!? What the heck.. Must go make mine now..

    Peppermint Scrub:
    -2cups Epsom Salt or Sugar
-1cup carrior oil (mineral, olive, etc... I don't use minerall.. people like it more because it's clear and doesn't have a smell BUT mineral oil dries out your skin so I feel like it's counterproductive)
-8ish drops of Peppermint essential oil (you can buy it for 6-8bucks in the organic lotions aisle usually at grocery stores or target) I say "ish" because that will depend on the carrier oil you use. Olive oil=way more essential oil since it's got more of a smell to cover up.
-however many drops of food coloring you want to make it the color you want.

I like using red for peppermint (I used blue for the Eucalyptus one I made :) ) .. I feel it's fitting, but you can use whichever you want. Don't worry about the dye. It soaks into the Salt/Sugar so it won't dye the skin at all when used :)

    Simple and yummy!

FTL - I made that with my roommate last year! Smells so good, and it is fun! I think we also did vanilla and something green (pine trees? sounds a little strange now...)

Yeah, I have peppermint and eucalyptus in essential oils, and then I will do a vanilla brown sugar scrub since that just requires the vanilla extract in the kitchen.. and then the lemon one is easy because it's just adding lemon juice.. simple enough :) mmm pine!

Hi all! I think I'll stick to my un-processed foods after reading this thread :) I found out yesterday from a coworker that they are monitoring our internet. I'm not sure if its true or not, or how long they've been doing it, but I figured I should stop surfing the web at work anyways. I'm kind of bummed because I planned to call in sick to work (I've never done it before) and go hunting. But I think my guilty conscience is kicking in and I won't be doing it. Which means I'll only be able to go out for about 5 hours on Saturday morning. Let's just hope I get one then. We need the meat!

Shay: I'm having problems with my knee too. I hope you feel better soon!
And thanks so much for the info, I'm pretty terrified to eat anything ever again. haha

My work is stressing me out. I'm stressed just thinking about trying to type it out now. And only 191 days left till the big day and I feel like I still have a million things to do. It makes me want to throw up thinking about it all.

I love the smell of fresh lemons...but it sounds a little painful if you have any cuts anywhere you would be using it.....or is it not enought to really even matter?  Have you ever made it?

yeah I've made it... That thought never crossed my mind, honestly! So either I didn't have cuts while using it, or it wasn't enough to make a difference... hmm... lol

These are my peppermint ones all packaged and ready to go!
