Cut the Cake with a Saber?

So my FI and I are both in the Military. We are throwing a little Navy things in the wedding. Well he wants to recreate the  Naval Tradition of the cake cutting ceramony with the Saber. We are not getting married on a base, or even close to one. Does anyone know where we could purchase a Saber, even if it was suppose to be for decoration?

I would email the Chapel POC on your base.  A lot of the time they have a couple specifically for this purpose.  You don't have to get married on base to use them, just have to be assigned to that base if I remember correctly.  Hope this helps!
