My date's just 5 weeks away - eep!ceremony/reception - We're at El Pinto in the east garden, and they have been WONDERFUL.  gorgeous space and all details accounted for (tables, chairs, linens, etc)  Somehow feels like a unique venue (especially for out of town guests) while they've been through this a zillion times before - very professional.  They're the site for ceremony and reception both, as well as catering.  I feel confident in the budget we've lined up -- no surprises, even though we're doing an open bar.flowers - Melbas.  affordable and flexible.  wonderful to work withcake - pies from Route 66 diner (I don't like wedding cake!)dress - an off-the-rack sample from I Do-I Do.  the owner is fantastic - super helpful and friendly.  Alterations by Chiyoko's Creations -- also incredibly professional.  Cleaners -- The Cleanery -- would NOT recommend.  The Cleanery does a great job, but the staff is pushy and snobby, charged double what another place would, and I left feeling insulted and ripped off.invitations - used a custom design done by a family member and had them printed at Valliant printing downtown.  also a total bummer.  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!  The final product did not match up with the proofs at all, the staff was not available or straighforward -- Albuquerque Reprographics is the firm that I wish I had hired from the beginning.Music - We've hired Hillary Smith and her band - AMAZING.  This girl can really sing!  Super excited to have a live band - plus Hillary herself is just a wonderful person.  (at hilljam.com)hmmm.... what else?
