Wedding with two different cultures

I’m engaged and my fiancé is from a different background. While planning we’re having some trouble integrating both of our cultures while staying within our budget. I’m Latina and he’s Jamaican. I'm half Hispanic and Persian and my fh is white.  You wouldn't think it would be that difficult but it is.  We are having a Catholic ceremony and will have a traditional table set up called a haftseen (Persian) at the reception to accommodate my two cultures.  To keep the budget down, I suggest have the ceremony of the culture/religion in which you will have your children raised and add aspects from the other culture's wedding ceremony in as accents.  Good luck!
