Just wanted to share my experience in hopes no one else has this problem
I wanted to try to support the local business as much as I could through out my wedding planning and that is why I went to Ann matthews for my MOH dress. We fell in love with a dress and ordered it in Oct 2010. My MOH paid in full and we were told we would have the dress in a few months. My sister (MOH) called the store around January for an update and because she was excited to see the dress. This is when we found out the dress wasnt going to be here until March 7th. She was a little disappointed and not expecting a bridesmaids dress to take 5 months to come in. If the store would have been up front about that we would have been understanding. Every time we have called they have been rude, treated us like we were a nuisance and we always get the response our manager will call you and never once have they called back. We finally went down there March 18th because the dress wasnt in and we couldnt get a straight answer. They were once again rude and told us "life got in the way." Now her dress is not suppose to ship until April 7th. My wedding is May 7th and that hardly seems like enough time to get the alterations done.
Im sure everything will work out but just didnt want anyone else to have to go through a bad experience!
