My mom was driving through Manchester, VT on June 12, 2010 and saw a wedding party going into a venue- the mother-of-the bride wearing a dress she fell in love with. I know this is a long shot, but if anyone knows of anyone on the knot with this date and location, could you please be in touch? My mom is DYING to know the designer so she can get the same dress.
