Southeastern VT venues

HELP! I thought I had a location set but they failed to tell me they had something else for that day until I called to check in today! I'm getting married in 6 months! I was planning to cook the food myself so I just need a venue with seating and preferably some kind of sound system. We were looking at $200 for this one, I'm sure we won't be able to find anywhere that good. Ideas?!

    Im in bennington vermont, we have a large elks club here that rents out for somewhere around that price I think.  Do you have a club like that? or perhaps someone who has some property and do an outdoor wedding? good luck!
