Burlington hotels with transportation? Or just transportation & hotel recommendations?

Hi everyone!

 

We just decided on a venue in Shelburne (All Souls Interfaith Gathering) for August 2011.  We are so excited but now we have to figure out what to do with all of our guest.  We are from NY, so most of our guests will need hotel rooms.  I wanted everyone to stay in Burlington since it is such a great place.  I also wanted to provide transportation for my guests to get to the wedding.  I contacted Burlington School district and Chittenden South School District. Neither rent out their buses.

 

Does anyone know if there is a hotel in Burlington that has a shuttle?  If not, can anyone recommend a bus rental?

I e-mailed a request from their website and he got back to me with a quote pretty fast.  They have different types and sizes of school busses.  I have not had the opportunity to speak to them directly, but they quoted me a 45 passenger school bus at $78/hr which must include travel from their location in Westford to where your first pickup is at.

We got a school bus through ethan allen coach works( eacw@together.net )
and it was pretty reasonable - like $65/hour.

We got room blocks at the Courtyard Marriott downtown (which was $199 and very nice) and the Holiday Inn Express on Shelburne Rd which was $120 and nice for the price). I know the HIE has a free airport shuttle.
