Centerpiece

OK ladies...I know that I have posted along these lines before but I am still having some issues
I am getting married June 2011....outside...in a Rose garden
I am looking for centerpiece ideas that are non-floral...I do not want to take away from the garden...however I do not want huge centerpieces...we are using round tables so we wont be able to stager the pieces like you could on longer tables.
Any suggestion is welcome

Do you have a "theme" to your wedding? It all depends on your colors, as well... & will it be open air or tented?

You can always use candles of varying sizes. Or tapers in varying heights.
You could place fine china or glass, delicately arranged.
You could place your favors for your guests as the centerpiece.
Perhaps fruit or vegetables? But, you may not want to do that in a rose garden.

I'm a party planner & I read what you were having some issues with... this is just what ideas I came up with on the spot, "free."  I hope it helps.  Good luck!
