Yes. There should be a season, much like deer season, and people could buy a license to hunt them with a depo dart gun.

I feel bad for the poor baby. He/She is going to grow up and find out that his/her parents 'joked' about putting their life up for a public vote. Granted, I'm sure that by the time he/she is old enough to find this out, I'm sure they'll already know what losers their parents are.
