Last week wasn't the best week. I skipped three days of Insanity but added a day of hiking. I was so sore from hiking that I missed yesterday's Insanity workout. Which means today was the fitness test. It was supposed to be the fitness test then an hour workout. WHAT?! That wasn't happening (I'd have to get up at 4:30!) so I just did the fit test today and will spread the rest of the workouts out over a few extra days.
So, here are the results of the fitness test. Today's numbers first, followed by original, and week 3 numbers:
Switch kicks: 122 (101, 103)
Power Jacks: 53 (35, 47)
Power knees: 100 (84, 94)
Power jumps: 39 (25, 35)
Globe jumps: 11.75 (7, 10)
Suicide jumps: 15 (11, 14)
Push-up jacks: 26 (15, 23)
Low plank oblique: 68 (46, 62)
