the couch monster has stolen my motivation!!

I should go clean something, but the dangerous combination of couch, lap top, and internet have rendered me helpless

So, what are you avoiding?

I'm sitting here reading articles and writing notes for my dissertation. I also need to work on a PowerPoint to teach my students Dewey's steps for tomorrowing morning.

And, my suggestion is set your timer for 15 minutes and get up and clean something. If you still don't want to work after 15 minutes, than sit on the couch and watch a movie. After the movie or tv show is up, try again for 15 minutes

I'm avoiding going grocery shopping. I actually like grocery shopping, but the Law & Order: SVU marathon that's on USA right now is far more entertaining.

I'm avoiding writing my self-evaluation. It's due tomorrow, and I have an Outlook reminder that pops up every 15 minutes reminding me. I think I'm going to do other work until lunch time, then plan on working on it all afternoon. I hate tooting my own horn!

FLYLady strikes again!! Thats what I'm doing now :) 15 min organizing the bathroom (we just did a minor remodel and it turns out I have WAY more beauty products then one girl really needs-opps!) then I get 5 min on TK!

I'm not doing homework for the class I'm debating on dropping. Hooray for pushing back my graduation date!
