It's my day off and I've been sick all weekend, so I'll be on here a lot today. (Sorry). Here are some questions!

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?
My weekend was good. My little sister had a balet recital, which was really wonderful. I was in charge of doing Grace's balet team's hair and makeup. It turned out super cute. They are all first or second graders.  Then Jeff and I went to a movie. We also got Jeff's favorite band to autogrtaph a poster for him (the Newsboys- not too popular, but he loves them).

Sadly, I'm not feeling creative.

Yes, for sure.  If I found out, I would put the engagemtn on hold and ask him to go to counseling- individual and together. I would lose a lot of trust in him.

I hate ice cream.

7. What shoes are you wearing today?
It's my FIRST DAY AT CAMP today!! So I'll need to be wearing tennis shoes. I'm so excited. I get to be the camp counselor for the youngest horse group. I'm super duper excited.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?

Pretty crappy. I'm off Fridays and Mondays, so of course my four-day weekend started off with a horrible sore throat. Which turned into a headache, body aches, fever and chills. I popped two antibiotics and started to feel better - which was good because I had to go to BF's grandmother's surprise 70th birthday party last night (which was a great success!). But now I'm very stuffed up and coughing up my lungs.

I don't discriminate against chocolate, but if I HAD to choose, milk.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going?

I'm pretty sure my next vacation is a day-trip to Atlantic City for my best friend's 21st birthday in August. I don't know if BF's family is taking a trip next year, but BF and I are saving up for a cruise in March 2013, to Florida and the Bahamas.

4. I'm feeling kind of BSC today. Any remedies to make it subside?

Yeah, I'm blaming my BSCness on my antibiotics. I might just indulge in some online browsing to feed the urge and let it pass.

5. Do you think sexting is cheating? What would you do if you found out your SO had been sexting someone else?

I'm torn on this one. I don't think it's as bad as actually, physically cheating, but then again - where do you draw the line? Sexting can most definitely lead to actual cheating down the road. I think - with any type of cheating - it would be the betrayal and the lying that would hurt me more than the actual exchange of explicit messages (or even actual sex). If it was going to happen, I'd much rather know about it.

6. Ice cream flavor of choice?

Right now, I'm kind of in love with orange sherbet.

7. What shoes are you wearing today?

I am going back and forth between barefeet and my super comfy Totes slippers.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?
Uneventful, stayed in my sweatpants ALL DAY yesterday. Saturday I went to a post-wedding bridal shower (eye roll) but I got to hang out with my BFF from school so it was fun.

Who knows. I'm trying to get FI to take off sometime next month to do something.

I'm too pouty and tired to think of anything witty right now. Go on David's Bridal and dress a WP in the most outrageous outfits you can find. Then PIP later.

5. Do you think sexting is cheating? What would you do if you found out your SO had been sexting someone else?
I'd consider it cheating. I wouldn't cut his d!ck off like I would with normal cheating but maybe his thumbs.

6. Ice cream flavor of choice?
I lurves me some ice cream but my go to favorite is plain ol' vanilla.

7. What shoes are you wearing today?
Silver Old Navy flip flops until I decide to leave my cubicle. Then I'll wear my Cole Haan patent heels.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do? Good weekend, but too short! Got my hair cut, bought a new hair dryer, worked, relaxed, went to a BBQ, watched the Tonys.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going? No idea. Being able to afford a vacation would be pretty awesome.

4. I'm feeling kind of BSC today. Any remedies to make it subside? I'm thinking what you're thinking, GPB. Just like if you're craving something sweet, indulge in a small portion. Do a small amount of internet browsing, then get out of the house and try not to think about it.

5. Do you think sexting is cheating? What would you do if you found out your SO had been sexting someone else? Yes, it's a form of cheating. I'd have the kind of talk you might expect with my SO. I might break things off, honestly. Any kind of cheating is not okay with me. I would try to understand why it was happening, and MAYBE if we could get to the root of the matter and fix what was wrong in the relationship to make that happen, I'd give it another shot. Maybe. But this seems like something that would happen again if it happened once.

6. Ice cream flavor of choice? One of my faves is Edy's French Silk. (If you're ever looking for it in the store, it's one of their flavors that's Slow-Churned/supposedly half the fat of regular ice cream.)

7. What shoes are you wearing today? None yet. I'll slip on my flats on the way out the door. They're black with a slight snakeskin imprint and rectangular metal pieces that look sort of like buckles across the toe.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do? 

Weekend was good - my little brother graduated from high school (summa cum laude) on Friday, and we celebrated Father's Day yesterday.  My grandparents left to head back to CA this morning.

White or Milk.  When I lived in Germany, I used to get a kind called Kuhflecken all the time.  It's white and milk mixed together (cow spots)

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going?

Vacation?  What is this?  Possibly the closest I'm coming to vacation is a conference next month.  I get to see Hope, Marley and SenioritaCupcake!!

Hmm, I hadn't decided yet.  Potentially my silver graduation sandals with black pants.  But tennis shoes to the gym and flip flops to shower in...our septic tank is screwed up, so I haven't showered since I was at FI's house on Friday...I'm gross.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?
Friday night I worked and watched the bruins. I went out after work with a few of the guys I work with it was a blast. Saturday I hung out, shopped with mom and then went to my cousin's sweet 16 party. We got to dress up in prom dresses it was so much fun.

Yesterday BF and I went to a fundraising party at his aunt and uncles. Then we went to Verizon and BF got me my birthday present! He got me a new iPhone! I am so excited I can't stop playing with it. We are both on the same plan too so this is a big step! LOL.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going?
My family is going camping for a week in August. Kinda. We rented cabins, but it should be fun!

Yes I do believe it is a form of cheating. I think it ties into emotional cheating, which is just as bad as physical cheating if you ask me.

I love DQ's Chocolate Covered Strawberry Blizzard. YUM.

7. What shoes are you wearing today?
I am wearing THESEtoday. I got them over the weekend and I LOVE them. You can't really tell in the picture but they are shimmery Black and Grey.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?
my weekend was very busy!  Friday night FI and I ran around to several places trying to get all the gifts for our wedding party and musicians/officiants.  Saturday I took my dog to the vet for her annual shots, and then worked on making wedding decor for about 6 hours.  then FI and I grilled 40 hot dogs and went to our Spanish-speaking services and fellowship.  after that, we just hung out at our house.  Sunday we had church and then went to lunch with some friends and their baby, and then ran some more wedding-related errands.

  just the usual.  some days are just "those days".

definitely.  FI and I both agree that something like that is cheating and isn't OK in our relationship.  we would have some serious counseling to figure out what was wrong and how we could fix it.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do? 

My weekend was pretty good.  We went to FI's mother's on Friday night.  Then on Saturday, we drove to VT for my cousin's twins' baptism.  It was actually fun times with my family, which NEVER happens.  Then we drove back Saturday night.  Yesterday I worked then came home and had sexytime with FI.  

2. White, milk, or dark chocolate? 

Milk chocolate...all the way.  I don't care for the other two much.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going? 

I'm not sure.  My grandma offered to fly FI and I out to Portugal this summer to visit her.  So I might take her up on that...cuz FI has never been to Europe.  If we don't do that though, our next serious vacation will probably be our honeymoon.  We've got a wedding to save up for.

4. I'm feeling kind of BSC today. Any remedies to make it subside? 

Read CNN.com.  All of the horrible things happening in the world tend to put a lot into perspective.

5. Do you think sexting is cheating? What would you do if you found out your SO had been sexting someone else? 

I don't think it's cheating the same way physical cheating is cheating.  That being said, it certainly tows the line and would really upset me.  If I found out FI was sexting someone else, I'd flip out...and FI might not be FI anymore.

6. Ice cream flavor of choice?

I could no sooner choose a favorite star in the heavens.  Among my favorites are Chocolate Ascension from Christina's Ice Cream in Cambridge, Half Baked from B&J, Red Velvet Cake from B&J, Pinkberry Tart Yogurt, Coconut Ice Cream, Coffee Ice Cream, etc.  *Drool*

7. What shoes are you wearing today?

Well, I just woke up, so right now I'm going au natural.  But when I leave the house today, it'll be for work, so I'll be wearing my heinous black maryjane-style nonslip shoes.  They're hands down the ugliest shoes I've ever owned...and I went through the platform sneaker craze in my youth.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do? 
It was good, Saturday went ring shopping with BF & narrowed it down to 2 faves (woohoo!), that night I was not happy with BF (he let me spend over an hour getting ready to go out only to decide he no longer wanted to grr), so I watched the rest of this past season of Desperate Housewives in bed ha. Yesterday we had a lazy day of watching movies & it was glorious!! Then went to dinner with a friend who was up my way for a concert.

December: Miami with BF for the Eagles Dolphins game & also to Grand Cayman the week after Christmas with my girlfriends

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?

My weekend was quite good! Friday after work my sister and I went to get our hair done and then went out for sushi and saki. Saturday we hung out with my mom and dad and went to see Super 8, which I liked. Saturday night the BF, sis and FBIL and I went out for a friend's birthday in the city and had an awesome time. Sunday was mostly recuperating and cleaning and hanging around. All in all a solid weekend

Dark chocolate. Always and forever.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going?

My next vacation is the first week of August. It is in Maine, where my family goes every year. It is starting off with my cousin's wedding (he lives in the town where the rest of us vacation), and there is a festival that goes on all week that I am super excited to introduce BF to. Then we are wrapping it up with another wedding - BF and I will have to leave a day early to head to my friend's wedding in CT. It will be a crazy week, I hope it is relaxing as well!

Distract yourself with other things! Watch crappy TV, that will help

5. Do you think sexting is cheating? What would you do if you found out your SO had been sexting someone else?

Yes, it's cheating. I would probably want to break up with him. Depending on how bad it really got, I would consider counseling and trying to work it out, but the relationship would most definitely be on hold.

6. Ice cream flavor of choice?

My go-to ice cream flavors are chocolate and mocha chip, but my sister introduced me to green tea ice cream this weekend and it was INCREDIBLE.

7. What shoes are you wearing today?

I am wearing flip-flops, but it is actually pretty overcast and chilly today so I am debating changing into the spare pair of flats that I keep under my desk.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?

Not an overly eventful weekend, worked a lot around the house and had to deal with a house issue (I hate house issues because I never know how expensive it is going to be). Sunday went to FI's great aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary. They had a reception at a yacht club with a lot of their friends. They had a group picture taken of everyone who had been married 50 years or more....it was over half of the room in the picture. I was seriously impressed and inspired. Really got me to thinking, I don't think FI and I will make it to 50 years because of how old we'll be when we get married.

Dark is my favourite, however I wouldn't turn down any type of good quality chocolate.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going?

Not a clue, does going to California to visit FI's family count? If so, likely this fall.

Friday evening I went to a wedding reception. The couple had a DW in Jamaica and had a party here at a local resort. The locaiton was beautiful and the weather was perfect.

Saturday & Sunday I spent the mornings with BF and worked in the evenings.

My friends and I are planning a girls getaway in July. We are going to Atlantic City. We have been going every summer for years.

Happy birthday Liv!! Sorry it didn't turn out exactly how you wanted, I can totally relate - and I don't think you are bratty for feeling that way at all.

GPB - I actually wanted to try the tempura green tea ice cream, which is what my sister and I thought we had ordered, but they brought out the regular dish of ice cream instead. No matter, it was still delicious and now I will have another new thing to try the next time I go there

If our relationship isn't secure enough for us to talk about an issue we have that would lead to him Sexting someone else...there's a major effing problem

I had dinner and margaritas with some friends on Friday, did homework and saw the King and I on Saturday... and curled up with the boyfriend on the couch feeling awful on Sunday.  Ditto to that today... well, the feeling awful, not the curling up on the couch.

I love all chocolate, but I love dark chocolate best.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going?

I'm headed down to Beaver Lake, Arkansas, again for more scuba diving over the fourth of july.  That's a mini vacation. The real vacation is Aruba in August.

Liv - I totally don't think you are a brat. If you didn't put effort into his bday, then maybe I'd think you were being a little unfair. However, that's not the case. I have that issue alot, I put effort into people's gifts and things I plan for them and just feel disappointed when I don't feel they are doing the same in return.

If you count going to DC to visit my new nephew, then in about 3 weeks. Otherwise, BF and I are talking about maybe Sonoma/Napa in the fal.

Design your perfect wedding bouquet... then watch a movie that does not involve weddings.

Yes yes and yes. I'm a big believer that you should never do anything you wouldn't want your SO to know about. If you have to hide it, then it's wrong. I use that test whenever my ex sends me a message. 'Would SO be ok reading this reply?' If yes, I send, if not, then I delete it and don't reply at all.

Rocky Road, though butter pecan makes me think of my grandma, so occasionally I crave that.

It was okay. Saw X-Men, went to a friend's b-day dinner where all the food came in bags and there were no plates or utensils, but they gave you plastic gloves.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?
My weekend was pretty nice, Friday I went dress shopping with a friend, I'm her BM.  Saturday I went for a walk in the woods to clear my head and reconnect with nature, loved it!  And yesterday I did laundry and paperwork and went over to my mothers to show off my vacation pictures, DK and I took over 300 pictures!

White in the spring and milk for the rest of the year.

If I count visiting DK as a vacation because it's about a 100 mile drive so 1 month, 1 week, 2 days.  As for going away forgetting about the world vacation, I have no idea.

Sorry can't help you there!  But I like the ugly WP idea that was being thrown around.

Absolutely, and grounds for getting dumped on your a$$ IMO.  I think it's as bad as physically cheating.

None so far, but if I leave the house I'll slip on my Punkrose flats.  They're black with little yellow stars printed all over them.

1. How was your weekend? What did you do?
It was good Didn't really do much but it was nice and relaxing. I had dinner with BF's family and his sister's BF's family on Sunday and that was a really good time. Also, BF spent some time trying to teach me to be better at first person shooter games this weekend and that was lots of fun

2. White, milk, or dark chocolate?
Dark Chocolate! I can't stand white chocolate, milk chocolate is alright if it's with something else, like in a snickers or a reese's peanut butter cup.

3. When is your next vacation? Where are you going?
I'm going home for the 4th of July, does that count as a vacation?

4. I'm feeling kind of BSC today. Any remedies to make it subside?
Ugh...no because I'm feeling BSC today too. BF's friends are getting married in about two weeks and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't feeling a little jealous. I know that every relationship moves at it's own pace and all that jazz...I just wish BF and I could get married sooner.

5. Do you think sexting is cheating? What would you do if you found out your SO had been sexting someone else?
Yes I do think it's cheating. I don't know what I would do if BF was doing that...we'd probably break up.

Vanilla, yes I know I'm boring

Right now I'm not wearing shoes. I'll probably just throw on flip-flops today. I wear flip-flops like every day during the summer!

What did you do?                                                                Weekend was great with the BF, lots of sexy time.  We stayed in on Frioday, Saturday we ran errands and went out to eat and saw the Hanover 2, then played video games,  Sunday we had to go to a co-workers 70th bday party.

i definitely think it is cheating.  I would be so upset if i found out he was sexting someone else, a deal breaker 99% sure
