s/o weekend plans-outfit help needed

I hope its ok to post this question here...you guys seem so friendly and helpful so I will give if it a shot, if not just send me on my way back to F&B

I am going out with my bf, his roommate from college and the roommate's wife tomorrow to tour a local brewery.  I have never met them before and want to make a good impression.  In my world that means make sure to dress adorable because I can't help how goofy I act.

I am the worst about wanting to wear skirts and dresses constantly and I have the most perfect dress, but hello this is a brewery plus its supposed to be super stormy tomorrow so casual is probably best.  What kind of top do you ladies think I should wear with jeans or a denim skirt?

Thanks!

I know for most people Old Navy is really hit or miss... but I bought this shirt a few days ago & wore it yesterday & really really loved it. It's light & thin so I wasn't hot in it even though it's not a tank & I think it would look really cute with a denim skirt & sandals....

I am a sucker for dresses in the summer too! If the dress is cotton or jersey knit I would just dress it down with some flip flops and just one simple accessory. If you want to do a skirt, I would do maybe a looser fitting tank with a light weight cardigan, flats or flip flops and minimal accessories.

Most important is to just be yourself and dress how you would if it was just you and BF. Just be the woman he loves and they will love you too!

Breweries tend to be on the chilly side in some parts and the warm side on others. I would wear a cute tank top, maybe something a bit flowy, with skinny jeands you can cuff to make them cropped and cute closed toed shoes (for safety). I would also bring a light sweater to throw on if it get a little cold.

I LOVE that outfit! You may have just inspired my outfit for tomorrow, thanks :)

I have this skirt & simple T-shirt from Old Navy, and I am wearing it today actually -

    <a href="http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=55404&vid=1&pid=864739&scid=864739002"><img id="cimg_864739_864739002_55404" class="gridProdImg" src="http://www1.assets-gap.com/Asset_Archive/ONWeb/Assets/Product/864/864739/quick/on864739-00qlv01.jpg" alt="" /></a>

Since I have it on with white flip flops and a white hooded zip-up, it is really casual and comfy, but I still got to wear a skirt :)
