I threw it out.... Apparently after I threw it out he took it out of the trash and had been building it back together for the past two years. I started crying as soon as I saw the guitar because it was such a surprise and meant so much, then he told me he put a pick inside it so I could try it out. So I reach inside for the pick, and there was the ring. He got down on one knee and asked. I said yes
