I have a little bit done. I had a half day of work today (comp day for staying late for parent-teacher conferences) so I went to the mall and got some of it out of the way. BTW I can not think of ANYTHING to get my dad this year. Any ideas?

Tonight I told BF we need to start Christmas shopping. I was totally kidding though. I honestly haven't given any thought to any of it yet. And probably won't until sometime in December, when I'm done exams.
He pretty much had me at "hello".

I haven't gotten anything yet other than some gift cards for my Bf's parents. I know what I'm getting some people I'm just too lazy to order it offline. I try not to get in the Christmas spirit until after Thanksgiving, but thats just me.

Sadly (?), I'm almost done. I think way too far ahead on these things, just have a couple more stocking stuffers to get for my mom and BF and the 4 regular gifts, but I know what I'm getting for 3 of them. The more pathetic part is that I'm done my 30 Christmas cards and just need to verify addresses. BTW, I'm used to sending things to Europe and Australia at Christmas and the post office has been mean to me so many times on postage because I "forgot" when their send by dates were. It took me 5 years to learn my lesson though.

I've got mine started b/c we always do up little baskets with stuff in them for his sister and her hubby, his parents and my parents.  So I've got a bunch of stuff for those and I found my BFF's present the other night while I was out with a few friends.  So I'm well on my way:)

I still need to get my dad's gifts, 1-2 more things for the BF, and order my cousin's book. Other than that, I'm done (including BF's family!).

Don't get me wrong, I'm impressed with you organized folks! I may be weird but I (mostly) enjoy shopping in December, it feels festive. Though I know some stuff is marked up :(

I started last month for the kids. Still have a tonne left to do, just haven't time to do it.  I don't have much to do tho but I agree that doing at least some of it during december makes it a little more fun as it gets closer to the holidays.

I have lots of ideas but no actual gifts. I'm hoping to go out a little bit on black Friday and get some deals and then I'll probably finish my shopping online.

Being away at school without a car makes it hard to get lots of shopping done.

I haven't started the actual shopping yet but have been planning out ideas. Actually my sis is already done because I am paying for her ticket for Universal Studios for next week. I might get her something small to open on Christmas though. Other than that, my brother and I were talking about going in together on a really nice necklace for our Mom, especially since his job hasn't been giving him any work hours so he is short on cash. No idea on what to get Dad or my BF. I was kind of thinking about getting the BF and me annual passes to Disney since they have a special deal going on right now but even then I am looking at over $600, which is out of my budget I think. That and I don't think he would like it if I spend that much on him. He doesn't even let me pay for anything when we go out. Not sure what to get him otherwise. It's our first Christmas together. Also, not sure what I should get him mom and if I should get anything for his brother. Any ideas or thoughts??
