Okay girlies,
I need to be held accountable, so if you haven't heard from me tomorrow night that I've gone... Kick my a$$, okay??
I signed up last week for a 2 week trial of hot yoga (mainly to get the 20% discount off the month pass haha) and will be going to my first class tomorrow afternoon (5:00 ish). I'm nervous!! I haven't been to a yoga class in..oooh probably 8 years or so, I've also never done hot yoga, so that is a little intimidating, but it shouldn't be any different from regular other than it's hot, right?
So, I've got my yoga clothes sitting out, next to my new pretty blue lotus mat... just waiting. I'd be going tonight, but I'm gettting my hair cut at 4:30, and I don't think I'd make it in time...also, kind of defeats the purpose of having her straighten my hair if I'm just going to get sweaty and gross.
Okay, enough rambling. I know something about myself, and that's I say I'm going to do something healthy for myself (i.e. the gym, yoga, etc) and then never end up doing it. So, I'm hoping you ladies will keep me in check, at least for the first few times. Chinese philosophy says it takes 9 times to become a habit. So, I'm asking for your help. Seeing as I don't want to dissapoint myself or you ladies, do you mind checking on me in the next week and make sure I've gone?? My goal is to go Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Which, for the first week I think is pretty good. I am not doing the WW thing, but I could certainly use some encouragement.
