I am looking to get some insight on what the general opinion would be on is subject. I am getting married next summer to my German fiancé. We are currently living in Germany, but will have the wedding in the states. My fiancé would like to have his best man be his only brother and this would be the extent of his side of the wedding party as we are not sure how many people will be able to make it from Germany and also as he would just like to stand with his bro. I am in a predicament now of not only choosing a maid of honor, but having only one person stand with me. I am wondering if it would be more fitting to have my brother as well. He is my only sibling and we are very close. This way, both my fiancé and I would have our only siblings stand with us. What are your thoughts about this? Much appreciation.
