D- leftover crockpot chicken breast with tomatoes, spinach, and onion served over brown rice (294)

E- 30 min barre workout, 15 min walking the dog (-200)

net: 872, definitely too low...saving calories for a piece of cake and glass of wine to celebrate H passing his candidacy exam.  This should add ~300 cals

  • I am most likely going to be very under today. I don't have much of an appetite. 

    I will eat something at some point so I can take my meds without getting sick but right now my diet consists of green tea, Advil, and cough drops that do not have a laxative effect.

    D: Leftover turkey sloppy joes, which turned out waaay better than I expected (441 cal)
