Hi Ladies,
I reviewed TK's tip cheat sheat, but still want your collective input. Here's what I plan and am not sure on. And FYI I did not hire a wedding coordinator:
Officiant - hired vendor, no relationship, not tipping and not inviting to reception.
Florist - not tipping, but TK recommends tipping the delivery person - I'll be busy all morning and not even see who delivers & how many people deliver. Are you tipping?
Rental delivery - same issue, I have will not be seeing these people at all.
Hair & makeup - her bill includes a 15% gratuity, so I see no need to go over unless there is something super awesome.
Photographer - the package includes 2 but they are going to have 3 actually. None are owners - I guess we tip each, $50 ok? package is around $3000
Reception staff - service charge covers gratuity for servers & bartender so no additional from us.
DJ - owns the company. But he'll be bringing an assistant, so do I tip the assitant but not the owner?
Hotel coordinator - has been a great help so I was considering tipping, but just realized the tip sheet indicates the service charge usually covers this tip as well, so I don't know?
TIA!
