Is there an easy way to find out?  I don't remember, but I know it was my sophomore year of college, so either late '04 or early '05.

ETA:  Ah, I found it.  I didn't see that Timeline thread before this.  December 23, 2004.

I joined around 2006 or 2007.  I don't like the sounds of this timeline thing but I can't see anything on facebook that mentions it.  I'm probably just missing it somehow.

They need to stop changing things, it drives me crazy.

I first joined the summer after I graduated high school, when I got my college email, so that would be the summer of 2005. I deleted it early this year though and then created a new one for FI and I (he had deleted his too) for the wedding so we can keep our friends and family up to date. I haven't decided what I'll do with it when the wedding is over.

I can't figure out how to find the exact date but it was my freshman year of college sometime... So either 2003 or 2004.

Where do you find the exact date?

When you switch over to Facebook Timeline, it will show the day you joined Facebook.

Hmm... I switched to Facebook Timeline and still can't find my join date.  I'm guessing it was 2005, as that's the furthest my timeline goes back.

That's soooo weird. I really thought I remembered being in my freshman year dorm room playing on FB.  Maybe that was MySpace though.

I joined in 2008. I deleted my account this week. I hardly get on there anymore, so I didn't feel like having it up.

But, I'm addicted to Sim's Social, so I do have a profile for it that I created about two months ago. Haha.

2007. A guy from the investment group that bought out my company told us we should all be on Facebook because it was the future. So all my original FB friends were my coworkers.

I think 2005... but just switched to Timeline so I could figure it out for sure.  Yep, April 29, 2005.  End of my sophomore year at Hollins.  I remember our school had just got on FB and we were using it as a procrastination tool during exams

BTW Timeline, though different, is kinda cool.  Will take some getting used to though!
