Monday Accountability

Good Morning :)

B: Silk Almond Vanilla Milk with Iced French Vanilla CoffeeMate Mix
S: Handful of Raspberries & 3.5oz of Chobani vanilla chocolate chunk Greek yogurt
L: Smart Choice frozen dinner - Haven't decided which one yet
S: Handful of Blackberries & Handful of Cherries
D: Grilled Chicken Salad with Fruit

E: 3500 meters on rowing & a half hour on the treadmill

I think this is much improved from last week! :) Thanks, Rdr for starting this!! I felt awful about what I was imputing, and this is definitely helping me want to eat better!

  • I love doing this it definitely makes me want to eat better and if I say I am going to work out later here, it makes me want to stick to doing it more instead of getting lazy and passing it up.
    B- hot chocolate, yogurt with fresh strawberries
    L- lentil dahl
    S- apple may be
    D- leftover veggie burrito from dinner Saturday night
    S- not sure yet may be fruit or some doritos


    E- abs work out and some cardio on the ellipitcal

    Anniversary

  • B- Cinnamon Rice Chex with Skim  Milk
    S - Strawberries and Almonds
    L- Cheese Rissoto, Grilled Chicken, Steamed Broccoli (Leftovers)
    S - Banana
    D - GF Pasta, Sausage, Tomato Sauce, and Sauteed Peppers/Spinach
    E - Pilates and 1 hour on the bike in the trainer

  • BF:  egg + egg white, english muffin with 1/2 TBS PB, coffee and water.
    L:  2 cups spring lettuce mix, 1/4 cup corn and black bean salsa, 1/2 cup shredded chicken; 1 oz mixed fruit cheddar cheese; 6 oz blackberries
    D:  tortas (ciabatta roll, shredded chicken, beans, goat cheese, arugula), grilled corn on the cob

    S options:  3/4 cup PB cheerios, 50 pistachios in shell, 2 cups watermelon, peach, nectarine.
  • So, it's not my weigh-in day but I hopped on the scale to see the damage I did this weekend & the number that popped up seriously made me want to be sick. 

    B: Nectarine, banana, high-fiber instant oatmeal, coffee (5)
    L: Smart Ones Chicken Oriental, WW chocolate cream cake (8)
    D: Chicken breast with lemon & garlic, side of green beans (5) 

    S: 2 glasses of white wine 

    E: Crunches, weights, treadmill 



  • B: Berry smoothie, whole wheat English muffin, peanut butter
    L: big bowl of veggies, organic fruit snacks, brownie
    D: no idea.  Might be homemade pizza.
    S: Muscle Milk after my run

    E: 3-3.5 mile run, assuming there are no thunderstorms

    I don't think there was a thintopia post on Friday, or maybe I just missed it?  So I will brag here that I lost 1.5 pounds last week.  Thanks for keeping me accountable!

    Thanks Coco!  I'm not exactly sure what my final goal will be.  Probably between 130-135.  My last weigh in was 140, so I'm getting really close.  I'm trying to stay more focused on how I look and how my clothes fit instead of just the number on the scale.
