Bubbles??

Did anyone happen to see the Bubble-Blowing Bridezilla?? She's sitting in her Mercedes hysterical crying because it's raining 3 days before her wedding and her father and FI aren't doing anything about it... So she get's mad and starts blowing bubbles!!!! Who blows bubbles to calm themselves down?? I'm almost positive that the liquid is bad for the leather!! LOL!!

Does anyone else do any weirdo things to calm down when you get stressed out??

I was definitely watching that too (and am watching current episode right now).  That girl was definitely INSANE.  People need to stop giving people like that what they want... you messed up, you don't get your "service" now.  Here's your money back- go find someone else who wants to deal with that.

I clap to calm myself down when I'm angry.  I know it's strange.  I'm a child & family development major and that's one of the coping methods we're supposed to teach kids who like to hit other kids.  Instead of hitting, clap.  It makes you feel so much better.

I don't have a hitting problem, but you'd be surprised how fab it feels to get out your aggression haha.  Though sometimes you get the side eye if you're in public... hahaha

And sorry, the service thing I was referring to was the special limo she wanted to see 3 days before the wedding that wasn't ready yet, so she completely LOST it on the owner's wife who was in the hospital with her sick husband.  Crazy.

LMFAO - FI and I are watching this whole thing right now, ah, another crazy Cincy Bride!

I cry when I am upset and unfortunately I am a yeller but I never go freaking batshit crazy like Molly did in the Limo store. Ridiculous.

OMG! I just watched the part where she had a total meltdown over the Limo... I wish the owner would have stuck with what she said about giving Molly her money back and telling her to get out of her office!

I actually get VERY quiet when I'm stressed out or angry... It's actually very scary for everyone around me because I'm so quiet that they are just bracing for me to explode but I don't...

I don't watch Bridezillas - it makes my brain hurt - but I was watching Cake Boss the other day and saw a crazy bride destroy a gorgeous wedding cake.

This video captures the gist of it:

The only thing I miss about not having cable is my guilty fascination with wedding shows. :(

I cry when I'm stressed. I also clean like a madwoman.

They are definitely a guilty pleasure... I find myself yelling at the TV a lot when I'm watching Bridezilla's, though.  I feel so bad for the guys!! LOL

I clean when I"m mad, too... it's part of the eery silence... It really scares the heck out of people LOL

Oh dear...NO. Bridezillas makes my head hurt, too! Can't watch it. I love Say Yes to the Dress and Amazing Wedding Cakes. Cake Boss is great, too. I used to nanny in Hoboken, NJ, where the shop is, and walked by it all the time before I discovered the show. I went in one time to admire the confections behind the glass, and there was the nicest, warmest atmosphere there. One of the family members behind the counter did a quick nod/half smile at me--nice to be acknowledged without the hard sell. It was cool.

does anyone know what head piece the bubble blower was wearing at her wedding?  Sister getting married and really liked it.  Need to know what it is called so we can figure out where to buy one.

    Thanks!

Hi britt! I have no idea about the headpiece, but I'm guessing you might want to try posting this question on the Attire & Accessories board...?

I think a lot of people tend to prefer that rather than dredge up such an old thread, you just start another one, FYI. I'm not personally one to get my panties in a bunch about something like that, but I *was* totally confused until I examined the dates on the posts; I thought I was having major deja vu! I could be wrong, though; maybe it's no big deal either way. Perhaps someone who's been around on the boards longer than I have can weigh in on that.

In any case, I'd try posting in A&A and noting that you're cross-posting. Good luck. :)
