What's your favorite Thanksgiving food, besides turkey or mashed potatoes? What's one you can't stand?

My answers: LOVE me some sweet potatoes. Dislike cranberry sauce.

MMM I love me some dressing with gravy and some cranberry sauce on the side.

I can't stand green bean casserole   I used to like green beans but stopped liking them as I got older.

GPB: agreed on the carrots. I ate so many freakin' carrots as a kid, it didn't even occur to me that I don't really like them that much until recently.

I love my mom's giblet gravy and I'm one that does like cranberry sauce (but I'm not a big fan of whole cranberry sauce - I prefer the jellied 'cause, as FI says, I like the way it "plops" out of the can.)

I do not like green bean casserole, actually don't like green beans at all (I can stomach them if I absolutely have to, but I'd prefer to never have them in the house).

I'm opposite... I LOVE cranberry sauce and hate sweet potatoes.

I'm working today though, so none of any of that for me :(  PS- don't ever work at a hotel (at least not at the front desk) because they're open every stupid day of the stupid year....

I love sweet potato casserole and I don't like home made cranberry sauce but I love the kind out of the can.  I think it's the texture and chunkiness I don't like.  Maybe I am weird

stemms--you're not the only one! Texture plays a big part in whether or not I like a particular food.
