So this one time, I was hiking in Colorado, and a Chupacabra tried to eat me.

Okay, not really, but it'd be a sweet story to tell.  -.-  I've never even been to Colorado.  Sad day.

Chupacabra=goat sucker.  It is a mexican mythological creature.   It follows suit with La Llorona. 

According to Invader Zim, you can mention them to scare away mole-people in parking garages.

My friend named her chihuahua Chupacabra. Chupe (choo-pee) for short.

I was thinking it was the song where the chucabarra sits in the old _____ tree.....something something is he.  I forget the words but apparently it's not the same thing because the song was happy.
