Noticed in your planning bio that you're looking to do fan programs...
1) You could definitely do 1/couple versus 1/person. I would suggest making about 10-15 extras in case both people in the couple want a program, but in my experience, it's usually the woman in the couple that wants one and the guy just shares.
2) I came across a website when I was looking into doing fan programs that has DIY printing sheets with the blades already in them. All you need to do is print and punch out on the dashed line.
http://www.custom-programs.com/diyfanprogram.htm3) If you're trying to save money, another option is to print fan programs with rectangular blades, then curve , scallop, or round the edges with scrapbooking scissors or a blade. rickylee did those for her wedding and they came out super cute (exactly why I'm planning on stealing her idea, lol). I'm going to be able to do 75 4-blade fan programs with a 100pk of white cardstock, some navy ribbon, and and a scrapbooking blade for a whopping total of around $20.
