Height Differences

I am just curious if any of you have crazy height differences between you and your SO as I do. It can get annoying soemtimes to have to ask for kisses because even on my tippy toes i cannot reach his lips ..I am also not a fan of having to hug him like a child would around the waist instead of the neck..Struggled hardcore while slow dancing at a friend's wedding as well..-_-

nope, I am 5'2" and he is 5'5". Though my sisters all have crazy height differences, older sister is 5'1" and her husband is 6'5" the younger sister is 5'4" and the husband is 6'6" and the youngest sister is 5'4" and her BF is 6'3"

I'm 5'4" (and a half!).

He's about 5'11".  I think it's about the perfect height difference.  We don't look ridiculous when I'm in flats, but I can also wear heels without passing him up.

once I dated a guy for 3 years, and he was 6'2".  it was interesting.

Yeah, I'm really glad I'll get to wear the 4-inch heels I've been lusting over for our wedding.  I know a lot of girls stick with flats because of close heights, but I honestly just don't feel as attractive in flats, so I would really hate that.

I'm 5'2" and FI is 5'10". He has to lean down a little for kisses (as I get up on my tippytoes) but it's not THAT bad. I once dated a guy that was 6'0" tall, and it was significantly different.

I'm 5'6 and he's no more than 5'9... I don't wear heels around him because of that, but I may start with at least 2 inch heels...

This is exactly the same as FI and me.  It's a good difference.  Also, we fit together perfectly when we spoon :)

I'm juuuust 5'3" and BF is about 5'8", but he always tells me how short I am. Doofus.

Iam, you guys are like us! I'm 5'0" and BF is 6'2". I don't think about it that much, really. When I look up and want a kiss, he can tell.  Sometimes he'll say "you're shorter than me" in kind of a cute way when the height difference really strikes him.

I'm 5'6" and BF is about 5'11"... It's great because in my highest heels we are the same height (with his shoes on and hair done) I usually think I am taller when I wear really tall heels and he goes nope look in the mirror and I'm still shorter most of the time. lol... I think it is because my EX was only about 5'8" and I was always taller than him and never wore heels.

I'm 5'3" and BF is 6'3". I think it works fine for us, but sometimes he forgets that he is so much bigger than I am and ends up crushing me a little bit if we're laying down. Our best friend is 6'5", so I probably look a little bit ridiculous hanging out with them. I like to say that they're the muscle.

I think FI and I fit in with the majority here.  I'm 5'6 and he is just a hair under 6'0 so I can wear flats or four inch heels and be perfectly fine for kisses, hugs and holding hands when we walk around.  I once dated a guy who was 6'6 a whole foot taller than me so i understand what you are feeling.  Hugging him was like hugging an adult when I was a kid and when I held his hand I felt like a kid being led around.

I'm 5'5" and FI is 5'11". It's a good difference.

One of my friends is a foot shorter than her husband. I have yet to meet him, but I've seen their wedding photos.

I'm 5'6" on a tall day, and FI claims to be 6'3".

This puts me exactly underneath his chin in flips. But when I rock the FMPs, we're perfect heights.

I'm actually taller than BF. I'm 5' 6" and he's 5' exactly. Eh, sometimes it makes me a little self-conscious but not really. We're the perfect heights for each other, and he likes having his face near the...ahem...pillows.

This is exactly me and FI! It is the absolutely perfect height difference! I can wear flats or heels and never be as tall as him!

Im 4'10" and the BF is 5'10" so it's  a decent difference but every guy is taller than me.  I don't notice it too much.

I am 5'8" and BF is 6'5". I love being able to wear nearly any high heel. He still towers over me even with a 3" or 4" heel. I also have 6" stripper shoes I bought on a whim. BF is pretty weirded out by those, though, because I end up being like 6'2".
