I've been on vacation for 10 days and I really do NOT feel like doing anything...but I have a huge pile on my desk.

Traffic was absolutely redonkulous this morning, so not been a good morning for me.

Although, a friend had their baby on the weekend. Speaking of babies, any word on Mutley and Mr. Man?

Sunday and Monday are my weekend, so I just got out of bed. It's amazing!! Except I have the worst cramps in the world. I'd like to rip my uterus out, but for the sake of my future kids I won't!

Paige- While you were in MA did you go to Plymouth at all? BF and I saw a car with a NS plate and it was the Saturday or Sunday after you left. I realize it most likely wasn't you, but I figured I'd ask JIC.

I'm SO FREAKING stressed!  You probably won't see much of me for the next two weeks - my event is next week, and all my colleagues are out of the country at another event so not only am I trying to tie together my loose strings but also all of theirs in time for the event.  AHHHH!!!!  And things seem to be falling apart, and Mexicans are ridiculous unreliable and are dropping like flies (quitting at the last minute) so I'm struggling to fill spots with qualified people.  And my sponsors are total flakes and make my job harder rather than easier, like they're supposed to do.  AHHHH!!!!

I just want it to be September 25th already so I can sit on a beach and drink margaritas until I have tequila dripping out of my ears, with the event firmly in the rearview mirror.

I wasn't in Plymouth...that I know of.  I might have gotten lost at some point but I think it was okay.  I stuck to the I 295/I 95 for most of the trip.  

I can give you a Mutley update!! No Mr. Man yet.  He's still cookin;)

I'm on day 5 of fighting a cold. For some reason, this particular one is really sucking my energy. I am EXHAUSTED. I've been sleeping most of the last 2 days, drinking lots of fluids when I'm awake, and taking a Vitamin C/zinc/echinacea supplement like it's candy. And still feeling crappy today. Grrrr!

Oh my goodness, no Mr. Man yet?  Mutley must be going nuts!  I imagine they'll induce soon?

If I remember correctly she said they had her due date as sometime late last week and they'll let her go for 2 weeks. Unless Mr. Man decides to make a move or there is another issue, don't think they'll do anything soon.

Yeah, she's not going to be induced for at least another week and a half. He's fine.

My day is crappy.  I'm out of food and don't have time to run to the store, so I went to get something from the school resturaunt, but they were out of EVERYTHING.. so I still haven't consumed anything all day.

I'm really emotional and really frustrated today that I couldn't find anyone to hang out with between classes because BF is sick (which is another crappy thing) and I'm lonely.

Ooo, Desert, I feel your pain. I've been sick since last week along with my whole family. Whenever I think I'm starting to get better I wake up and feel horrible. Right now I should be reading for my collection development class tonight, but apparently a bus ran me over last night so I'm chillin' on the couch with some homemade chicken noodle soup courtesy of my gramma.

In good news we finally got the neighbors to sign the driveway/garage agreement and it was submitted to the bank on Friday which means things are rolling again on the house! Yay!

Yesterday wasn't the greatest day for me...getting tired of all my well-intentioned friends wanting to make my wedding their own - they had their day, let me have mine now...I don't want to wear make-up (I never wear make-up, plus I have extremely sensitive skin, have no desire to put "stuff" on my face and be uncomfortable on my wedding day), so stop telling me I need to wear make-up on my wedding day in order to look beautiful (seriously, are you telling me I'm ugly every other day of my life?); if I don't want to wear earrings because I let my holes close up 3 years ago due to my nickel allergy causing me all kinds of problems, don't tell me that I have to wear clipons; I don't want my flower girl to be all dressed in white looking like a jr bride, that's just my personal thing, I think she'll look a lot cuter and I'll be happier if she's in a cute little red or navy blue dress...ugh, I really love my friends, but I wish they'd just let me be happy with at least one of my decisions.  OK, enough of my rant for now.

Today is pretty good, though...going to Target this afternoon to add some more things to the registry (FI wanted to go, so had to wait until he had a day off) and having dinner with my parents and my brother before he and my nephew head back to Kentucky.

Meh... My Monday's been okay. My poor bf has been sick all weekend so I've been taking care of him and I have a ton of work for school tomorrow... like a 10 page paper due tomorrow... but besides that, I received my first set of "Professional Books" for school. I feel like a real professional, they came with their own case and everything!

Angie, I'm totally with you on the whole no mini-bride outfit for the flower girl. Mine wore a little lime green dress. (Our colors were navy & lime.) No one made a single comment about her not being in a white dress, but we did get lots of comments on how adorable she was!

And more power to you if you don't want to wear makeup or earrings. You want to feel like YOURSELF on your wedding day, so do whatever you need to for that to happen.

My day was fine until I finally got ahold of my undergrad advisor about why I haven't gotten my diploma yet and found out that there was a simple form I could fill out that no one told me about when I called months ago!

So now I'm a cranky pants >:(

I see both of your posts as being on the left. Actually whenever someone has said their post is centered I've seen it as being "normal."

But seriously. This is like three months wasted waiting for my stupid diploma because they told me I would need my advisor to sign something but he was on vacation, and now I'm pretty sure my advisor thinks I'm an idiot since when HE called up the office they told him right away, "Oh, have her fill out the form. It's right here."
