    NO! I already called 2012 because that's when we want to have babbies!!!!!! YOU GUYS KNOW THAT!

    Sorry, Hazel, looks like we're all booked up until 2013!

    Anyway, why don't you guys take a couple of weeks and NOT think about dates and guests and budget? I know it can be difficult- I was hardly able to do it. But I think it was good that Josh and I did take a little time to enjoy that "just engaged" glow before jumping headlong into planning dramaz.

    It gets messy real quick!

    Jeana - you are so right. FI's dad caught us offguard by wanting it this summer. So we just want a rough year to keep people quiet. Since we are both okay with 2012 I don't think I really need to think about anything until atleast this summer, it'll be hard though since I have friends planning theirs right now too.

    Edit - I'm also totally okay with sharing...I think :)

    Wow, that is so exciting!!!  And such a wonderful way to ask!  Can't wait to see pictures.  And I think next summer is a great option---give you plenty of time to enjoy being engaged and then to get planning.

    Also, I already claimed all of 2012. Although, FI and I decided to take a step back from planning because it was driving us nuts. So, we don't have a date anymore because we didn't end up booking a venue. It's kinda nice not planning a wedding, haha.

I saw it first!!  In fact, I don't want anyone getting married in 2011 or 2013 either!! I want my wedding to be UN-FOR-GETTABLE!!! So, I guess you'll all have to wait until 2015 because I dont want any of you getting married on an even year (2014) like me! So, those of you who got married in 2010 are hereby invalidated!!  LOL

    Aw!! Congrats Hazel!!  I want to see pictures!!  I am so happy for you!  Don't let your FI's dad pressure you.  Do something that is right for both of you in concideration of your family.  And I think a manicure is totally in order :)  Get a wild color like lime green so people will notice your ring right away :)
