Spaniard Wedding Theme in NY

Hi everyone!!  I recently got engaged.  I'm looking to get married in Long Island, NY or Westchester, NY.  I really would love to incorporate a Spanish (Spain) Theme.  Can anyone suggest any ideas and/or Wedding Venues?  Thanks so much!!

I can help with venues but not for a spanish theme- just venues in general but specifics would help- where on LI? How many people? Budget?
