I've been a member of the knot for about 4 years, while planning other weddings. I used to have a different name but changed it due to having personali information in it. I used to be an avid poster, but got busy and kind of forgot about the knot. I just wanted to come back and say hi and introduce myself to everyone. :D

    What is your stance on mashed potatoes? Real or faux? I personally am firmly anti fauxtatoes, so choose carefully! :)

    The guy in my sig pic is Andrew Ference. He is my favorite Bruins player and BF knows that if my dream of becoming an ice girl and meeting him comes true, he will get left in a heartbeat! haha, just kidding of course...

    My BF and I have been together a little over 2 years, lived together for about a year. I have a Boston Terrier name Kiwi who is adorrrrable.

    Cheese is one of my favorite foods, and I am obsessed with Harry Potter. Mock me if you must, but I am going to Orland to see the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in May.

    Real mashed potatoes are obviously the better choice!

    Welcome Kibo!  I think it's great to have a celebrity/athlete crush.  Bf always jokes that my other bf is Miles Austin (Dallas Cowboys).  Apparently he frequents this little Italian/pizza joint that we like, but we've never seen him there.

    On the cheese front, I had something new on Friday night that was devine!  Bf and I went dinner at Pappadeaux and for an app had a bake oyster sampler.  One type had crab meat with parmesan ramano cheese sauce on top.  OMG, soooo good!

    DanieKA- Haha! When if your bday? My BF was willing to go, even though he would probably be miserable. But I was kind and planned to go with another HP obsessed friend of mine instead. I keep telling everyone they better watch out when I come back with my school robes and wand! lol. I will be sure to take a lot of pictures and post!

    A girl I work with at my PT job went in October. She brought pictures in last week and I nearly died when she got to the ones of her friend buying a wand at Ollivanders. 

    Kibo, sadly my birthday isn't until January. Yes, I just had a b-day, but I didn't have the foresight to plan the trip this year! Next year it's game on!

    I went to WWoHP in august with BF and his family. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. and butterbeer is to die for. It was really crowded. there was a 2 hour wait just to get onto the island, not even for a ride, butterbeer, food, ect. it was crazy, but totally worth it!

    BF and I went like a MONTH before it was open and I was soooooo sad! :( Now i'm insisting that we make a trip back this year...I don't think he sees the importance of making another trip so soon lol

    Hi and welcome back Kibo! I love mashed potatoes and cheese. I'm a HP fan, but not as avid as some folks on here. I just enjoy the books and movies. Now you have me thinking about who my celebrity crush is. I love Matt Damon, but know that being with him means breaking up his beautiful family, so there's no way I'd do that... :)
