Re: Please tell me...

  • 1. I used to wear a screen printed Paula Abdul sweater. That sweater was awesome though. It went along with my poster.

    2. I love that it's not a big city, but we have a lot of big cities within an hour or two drive.

    3. None yet! We're going to get ours on Monday and will be travelling to Mexico in October.

  • 1. One awkward/embarrassing thing you used to wear/listen to/do when you were younger.
I used to slap on my portable Walk-Man casette player with headset and roller-blade all over the neighborhood, singing at the top of my lungs.  of course, my music of choice included timeless classics such as "La Bamba", "Rockin' Robin", and "Dancing on the Ceiling".

    2. Your favorite thing about the place you currently live.
it's not too huge and overwhelming (I'm looking at you, D/FTW traffic!) but it's got so much variety.

    3. How many stamps on your passtport and to where?
not very many:  just Spain and Greece.  would love to visit other places!
  • 1. I used to wear a dress up wedding dress and "get married" to my grandpa. All hands down the best man in my life..... Ever. 2. Ummmmm, no clue. I'm not a huge fan lol 3. None. This makes me sad
  • 1. One awkward/embarrassing thing you used to wear/listen to/do when you were younger.
Hmmm....I used make up dances to pretty much every song I heard. They were pretty dorky :)

    2. Your favorite thing about the place you currently live.
I would say that all of the stuff to do outdoors (camping, hiking, ect) is my favorite thing except that I know it's better in Idaho. I love Denver though. I love going downtown especially.

    3. How many stamps on your passport and to where?

I've never left the country so I don't even have a passport. I have been to almost every state though.

  • 1. One awkward/embarrassing thing you used to wear/listen to/do when you were younger.
My mom used to dress my sister and I alike quite often when we were younger despite the fact that we were 5 years apart... luckily I was too young to be teased about it.

    2. Your favorite thing about the place you currently live.
I like that it's not as crowded as rest of the state but still has a lot to do

    3. How many stamps on your passtport and to where?
    3 to the bahamas
1 to china including my visa
1 to London, 1 to Italy, 1 to Amsterdam another back into London
    1 to Paris

    1.  I liked the Spice Girls, and I had those HUGE platform sneakers that looked ridiculous.  At least I can say that growing up in the 90's was not nearly as fashion-regret-filled as growing up in the 80's.  LOL.

    2.  I like the variety of stuff to do.  Plus I hate the cold, so I love that it never gets super cold here.

    3.  Just one to Mexico.  We'll be adding Honduras in September and then France, Germany and maybe Italy next summer.

    1. Me too...Vince Gill was the most embarassing one I did:(

    2. I think Denver seems like an awesome place to live. I'm always looking on Living Social to find "Escape" deals to one of the resorts out there.

    3. I'd much rather travel this country, before I'd travel the world. I'd love to visit Alaska, Oregon, Seattle, Austin, San Francisco, Arizona, Maine etc. before I'd see Europe. I know it's weird, but true.

when I was little, a couple of my friends and I would dress up in their bedroom as the Spice Girls.  I was always Baby Spice.  and then we would proceed to make up our own music videos to their songs.

    1. One awkward/embarrassing thing you used to wear/listen to/do when you were younger.
I asked out like 20 different boys in one day when I was in 4th grade because I was desperate to have a boyfriend. I didn't care who he was, SOMEONE CIRCLE YES.

    2. Your favorite thing about the place you currently live.
I live across the river from Manhattan so I can be there in under 10 minutes but I don't have to deal with it every second of every day.

    3. How many stamps on your passtport and to where?
Hmm I have quite a few, I'm on my 2nd passport now. I also have a bunch of really cool stamps from visiting Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin.

  • 1- I used to wear manila work boots with EVERYTHING!  Dresses, shorts, you name it.

    2- The sunshine.

3- I don't even have a passport!  I want to travel everywhere though.

  • 1. I used to not only make up awkward performance dances to country music songs (think Shania Twain's "Black Eyes Blue Tears"), but I would sit my entire family down in my bedroom and force them to watch me sing and perform these dances.

    2. I LOVE DC.  I love being a 20 minute metro ride away from everything.  I love walking into a restaurant and saying "Gluten free" and not being looked at like I have three heads.  I love everything about this place.

    3. On this one, just Mexico. My last one had Germany.  I've also been to France, but I didn't get stamped since we went on a bus from Germany.

  • 1. One awkward/embarrassing thing you used to wear/listen to/do when you were younger.
My BFF and I were obsessed with the Backstreet Boys.  I used to rip out every single picture I could find of them in magazines, papers, etc. and would tape it to my bedroom walls.  My room was seriously plastered with pictures of them for awhile, it was frightening.  My mom hated it.

    2. Your favorite thing about the place you currently live.
How easy it is to hop in the car and drive to the mountains/glaciers/lakes and so on to go hiking or sightseeing.  I can walk outside my front door right now, walk up to the street and have a kick ass view.

    3. How many stamps on your passtport and to where?
None.  I've only been around Canada, and to a few of the states.

My passport has stamps to Mexico, Jamaica, the Bahama's, Grand Caymen, Canada.  I really want to go to Costa Rica and Turks and Caicos next!

I had a pair of red hammer pants with blue and yellow specks on it. I'd always wear it with a blue sweater, until the day my social studies teacher, in front of all the senior boys (I was a freshman) said 'Why do you wear that sweater with those pants? They don't match.' It was awesome.

I live in Western Maryland. I'm actually about 2 hours outside of DC, but I guess it just defaulted there since DC and Baltimore are the only two major cities near me.

I come from such a small town, that a "city" to me is anything that has a Red Lobster and a shopping center, since my town has none of these.

I LOVED Hanson!  I owned like 10 Hanson shirts and had my walls plastered with Hanson pictures.
