So I am a genius ... I did my workout and then paused my heart rate monitor and went to look at my progress. Well, I turned the thing on, but forgot to put the chest strap on ... therefore, I only timed myself and have no progress report, lol.
Either way, I just did P90x Shoulders & Arms minus the bonus round. I'm going to do the abs on my next break and then try to run a little after work.
