Hey JD2/3 ladies...anyone interested in setting up like, a weekly board challenge? Commit to doing a certain number of sweat points, # days per week, and/or time? I really need people keeping me accountable, because this fatigue is making it far too easy for me to bail on dancing...
For example (and we're in now way tied to this specific criteria, it's just an example):
COMMITMENT - at least 3 days per week, at least 30 minutes per workout, at least 10K sweat points a week
CHECK-INS - Mon, Wed, Fri
