So the wedding is getting pretty close, as TK likes to remind me:

and we still have a lot to do. And a lot of these things require the answers to simple questions from our venue coordinator (e.g. "At what time on Friday can we have access to the space for our rehearsal?"). But our venue coordinator has recently become unable, apparently, to answer these questions.
Twice in March, I sent her emails with a couple questions each. She didn't respond to either, so at the beginning of April I sent her an email saying that I really needed to hear back from her and that the silence on her end was making me nervous. She responded immediately, with answers to the questions in my prior emails and everything. She also included her phone number and told me I could call her from here on out.
I wrote back to her again (this was last Tuesday, I think) with a follow-up question. On Friday I sent her a "nudge" email to make sure she had gotten it. Now it's been a week and I haven't heard back from her. I'm starting to get really frustrated.
I think maybe when she gave me her phone number, she felt released from the obligation of reading emails. But I don't feel like I should have to communicate her way just to get my questions answered. She's the one getting paid for this, after all.
Thoughts? What should I do?
