Mind, BLOWN last night.

The girl I usually converse with in reference to the show last night had no tv because a storm.

Anyone have any thoughts/theories?  A is seriously starting to creep me out. and at this point, I'm not sure what to think about anything.

    I haven't watched the episode yet, but I have read the books so I don't really care at this point what spoilers exist :P

    I love reading peoples' theories on who A is :)

    Same here!

    The changes they've made to the show from the book are amazing... although I'm curious as to what they're going to do with that one character they completely changed. She was so nice in the book and in the show she's creepy and bitchy.

    I haven't seen yesterday's episode, but from what I saw on Twitter... there is a random new ship that I'm not so thrilled about lol.

    Every time I seem to come up with a theory on who A is, they change it on me.

    I definitely recommend you guys watch the new episode.  Although it's one of the most frustrating last 20 minutes ever.

    Elle, I was about to go NUTS.  Especially when they kept cutting between people.  UGH.  I think I'm going to have to rewatch it soon, it was way too much information to process last night on 2 hours of sleep.

    Also, ending, like, the part with A - creepy much?

    (Be back in a few hours.  I'm going to dinner and then the bar - a friend of mine just got into grad school in Italy, so celebration time.)

    Yeah, and what about the part with Caleb telling someone on the phone that he "doesn't want to do this anymore"? Was that A? You should PM me your email address so we can swap theories without tempting Bren too much.

    Yeah, Spencer's family is really pissing me off. I wondered for a while if Melissa might be A, but I'm pretty sure she's not. Ian is too obvious I think.

    I have suspicions about Mr. Fitz, too.

    Okay, so I won't ruin it for you. But I seriously do get satisfaction from hearing other people share their theories when I know how it's supposed to turn out. I'm curious to see if the TV show keeps it the same. I haven't loved some of the changes they made- some of them just leave me scratching my head asking what the point was. And that one character is seriously so different from the books.

    Sidenote, Spencer is my fave in the show. I love her, and I love her clothes. The Aria/Ezra thing really bugs me.

    I didn't see the episode yet, but my theory on A?

    A = Mona

    Why else is she there? I've thought that from the very first episode, and the whole Hannah hit by car thing at her party confirmed it for me.

    My other theory at the beginning was that Ali isn't dead. Because A has the same kind of "I think I know what's best for you, and I want to torture and control you but do just enough nice things to keep you from cutting me out of your life" vibe going on.

    Now, I know they found her body, which threw me off for a while, but weirder stuff has happened on TV. I bet they found a way to fake it or something.

    My third theory is that the Jenna (sp?) blind character isn't really blind and she's A.  But this theory is not as favored by me as the first two. It's just a possiblity I'm keeping my eye on.

    Bren - I like Spencer a lot too. She seems to be very much her own person. We are eye 2 eye again. :)

    Totally know what you mean.  I had a friend read HP for the first time last year, and I called her almost every day to find out how much progress she had made and whether she had any predictions. 

    I think Hanna is my favorite.  She seems to have a genuinely good heart.

    Desert (omg explain to me why I always try to write "dessert" at first.  Freudian slip?):  I had discarded Jenna on my suspect list because, like I said about Ian, that seemed too obvious to me.  But now that you've suggested that she's not really blind, I'm reconsidering.  That would make a lot of sense.  Remember that one episode where the end teaser showed that bracelet-maker-lady talking to A?  She said something like "you have interesting eyes..." and Jenna's pretty much the only character whose eyes haven't been shown.

    Ooh, I forgot that part with the bracelet lady, but YES! When I saw it, I was like, zomg, it's totally Jenna! PLUS, there were all those snow globes in her room. Why does a blind girl want with so many snow globes? Idk. Maybe reading too much into it. :)

    And, I think you must want to write dessert b/c I'm just so darn sweet. Right? :P

    You know, that must be it.  In fact, instead of calling you Desert/Dessert, from now on I'm just going to call you by the name of any random dessert that pops into my head when I think of you.  That should keep you on your toes, right Pudding?

    They've already ventured way off from the books, so I'm expecting that they'll continue too. Like Gossip Girl did. But I thought GG was done well at first, so I didn't mind that either. As long as PLL is done well, I won't care but I don't think they'll be able to top the books, or even come close. I do recommend them for some guilty pleasure, light reading ;)

    Ezra's weirdly intense questioning about Jenna's story is pretty much the main reason I'm starting to get suspicious of him.
