Just picked my ring!

Yesterday my boyfriend took me to a jewelry to pick my engagement ring. I liked the most two of the rings, one of them is very elaborated, but with a small diamond, the other is extremely simple, thin, in gold, with a rhomboid diamond... i forgot to take a pic  of it but i decided for the last one, its simplicity makes it very beautiful!  And I am so excited about it!

By the way... the girl in the jewelry told us that buying a trio (the engament and both wedding rings) is cheaper than just buying an engagement ring

Now it's time to wait for the proposal... I have no idea when that could be. lol

It's hard to wait sometimes... I'm in the same boat... I picked out my ring last weekend and he bought it.  So I know he has it in his possesion.... it's just a matter of him giving it to me.

I know he want's the moment he gives it to me to be special and somewhat of a suprise and I love that.

So in the meantime I'm hanging out here and trying to just enjoy the time we have until the proposal.  The one thing I am trying to avoid is expecting it everytime we go out.  I don't want to miss any special moments because I'm too busy just waiting for him to give me the ring...

Huh, I've never heard "rhomboid" used to describe a diamond before. Usually people just say "marquis." I wonder why that is?

In any case, that's exciting news. Enjoy this time before the proposal. It only happens once, so enjoy the anticipation while it lasts!
