Getaway Toss After the Ceremony

So I absolutely hate doing bubbles after the ceremony since they tend to just be super sticky, but my church won't allow us to do anything like confetti or petals since they are hard to clean up off the steps. Does anyone have any other ideas for what our guest can toss after our ceremony?

Sparklers? Cute little flags/pennants in the wedding colors?  Pinwheels?

There is biodegradable "confetti" that guests can toss and for clean up the church can spray the area with a hose because the confetti dissolves. Maybe ask if that's acceptable.

The church won't allow us to do anything that would have to be cleaned up which eliminates rice, bird seed, confetti, etc.

I would say the ribbon wands might be best for you, or clapping/cheering. We are having them throw paper airplanes which are very easy to pick up ourselves/by the guests or ushers. "Come Fly With Me" by Frank Sinatra playing in the background. I think it's cute
