Vegas update

Hi ladies! So, the Vegas update is this:

E-rings: 0

# of conversations about E-rings: 1

BF is in full planning mode. His exact quote "It could be tomorrow, it could be a month from now, but definitely in the next few months."

I appreciate that he's obviously put so much thought into it. He reiterated again that he does NOT want my help with designing the ring (fine by me). For many reasons, which I won't go into here, I'd like us to get married in Feb/March 2012. If that means we have a five month engagement, then so be it... 

So all-in-all, I'm happy we had the conversation and glad that he didn't ask me anytime after Friday at 7pm because I was either drunk or hungover the rest of the weekend (and at times, both drunk AND hungover).

Sounds like you guys had a great time!  I'm glad that you're feeling good with where you are and that you had a convo with him.

How exciting!! Now remember, he's lying and it won't be until next year or the diamond is still being mined in Uganda (did I make that up?) and their turtle delivery system is quite slow.. 

FI was mentioning next spring. I'm a bit apprehensive about it since it's May 16th and we've barely seen any spring-like weather here...

Well, that talk sounds exciting.

Is it weird that I actually want you to get engaged soon?  Like, when I think of who on TK I'd want to get engaged next, it's definitely you.

I'd be into that.  I'm pretty good at predicting these things.  Although I will say, I had dreams that Cate got engaged about 2 months before she actually did.

Oh well...as they say in HP, reading tea leaves is not an exact science.

CU, as long as you have some flexibility with dates and venues, planning an AZ wedding in 5 months or less is totally doable!
