Tuesday Workout

Well, I finally got my butt out of bed and did something. For the next couple weeks, my goal is going to be to do the Pinterest workouts and sprinkle in some cardio here and there when I can. I feel bad for only doing 15 minutes of working out, but it's better than the alternative!

  • Oo thanks, Ill use that before my run. I NEED  to run. My half is in 2 months and the most miles I've gotten to was 4. Not very promising. Just no motivation this time around.

     

  • I bailed last night because of setting up for the home expo, I got one hell of a workout. I am going tonight. Goal is two laps of running, a mile walking, and five thousand meters rowing. The reward at the end of the week is sushi!
  • Ummm... Tiger, can I be YOU when I grow up?

    That's sounds like SUCH a good workout!  I'm doing Pilates today on my lunch break.  That'll be my workout for the day.
  • I'm going mountain biking in a little while, then donating blood this afternoon (I know that's not a workout, but it does take 600 calories to replace that blood, or so I've heard at least, so I count it).

    That's interesting. I haven't given blood in forever. I should look into it again.

    I'm going to hit the workout room after work again. I went last night with FI and I tried some new stuff on the weight machine and now my arms are so sore, but I'm definitely investing in a weight machine whenever we get our own place. I also want an elliptical and a treadmill and a bunch of other dvds, lol. I think I would be happiest winning a shopping spree for exercise stuff ... or kitchen stuff.
