I'm engaged!!!! He asked me to marry him yesterday in Central Park, which was where we had our first date. He took me on a horse-drawn carriage and asked me. The driver interrupted his proposal to tell us where John Lennon lived, which was actually perfect since I love The Beatles/John Lennon. Anyway I was completely surprised since I had convinced myself it wouldn't happen! Pics or it didn't happen will be posted later since I'm posting this on my iPhone as we speak Merry Christmas ladies!!!!

Thanks everyone!!!  We're both very excited and I was super excited he did it yesterday since we're home and can share our happiness with our families

@Elle- I love that idea!  That would have been super cute!!

@Paint- I thought that, too!  In fact, I was going to tell him after the shock wore off, but I knew he wouldn't get it, haha.

@JMM I actually hadn't thought of that, but it's a really cute idea and one that I'll throw out to the FI (SO weird to say FI instead of BF!).  We both love "Thank You" by Led Zep, but Lennon is a huge influence on my life, so maybe we'll have to do that.
