Friday Accountability / Thintopia

I lost 0lbs this week. But I gained 0lbs too so I guess it's ok. I'm going to change some things this next week & see how it goes. I'm quite frustrated right now. 

B: Fruit cup (0), coffee (1), oatmeal (4) 
S: Banana (0)
L: Burrito bowl (pork, black beans, mild salsa, olives, lettuce, onions) (7), side of chips & guac (4) 
D: 2 wraps with grilled chicken, romaine, & chipotle mayo -- adapted from THIS SkinnyTaste recipe (10)

  • down about 0.5 lbs.  happy with that, considering that I binged on Snickers and Elfin cookies and brownies all week.  I'm back on my 5-HTP, H's bro went back home (thank GOD!), and I'm trying to catch up on sleep.  hopefully this next week will be a bigger loss, at least in inches if not in lbs.

    BF:  egg+egg white, english muffin, 1/2 TBS whipped butter, 1/4 orange, black coffee
    S options:  2 peaches, yogurt, grapes, pistachios, skinny cow clusters
    L:  huge salad (3 or 4 cups romaine/spring mix) with 3-4 oz sirloin steak, 1 kabob (cucumber, grilled oranges, grilled onions), 1 oz goat cheese, grilled corn off the cob, homemade hot sauce; peach
    S: see above
    D:  we're going out to a camp to see some friends, so I'll have a small snack before we go and then we're going out later.  so I'm not sure what to put here!

    E:  none today, walked/jogged 3.2 mi yesterday.  tailbone is sore, so I'm taking a break.

    Down 2lbs!!!! so excited!!! (I had gotten up to 135 during the time I had not been posting...this week I'm back to 133!)

    I started WW, and I am loving it. This is the first loss I have seen in awhile, and given that I didn't get any gym time in this week I'm feeling really encouraged!

  • I haven't been doing any accountability posts this week because I know I have been eating terribly (stupid stress eating).  And I know I have gained, but I was too much of a wuss to face the scale.  Maybe tomorrow.  Hopefully by next Friday I will be back on track so I can end the Thintopia challenge on a good note.

    So being more accountable starting now!

    My weight has been up and down like crazy lately. My net loss for the week was 1.8 pounds, but I'm still 0.8 pounds above my lowest weigh-in (two weeks ago). I have no idea what's going on. I think I need to increase my water. I've been really bad about that lately, and it's showing. I want to get under 340 and STAY under 340.

    S: 1/8 cup of peanuts and 1/8 cup of raisins = 145 cal
    L: Beef chili = 300 cal
    S: Small yogurt parfait =150 cal
    D:  4 oz  of Greek-style chicken patties, 1/2 cup of barley and 4 brussel sprouts = 290 cal

    Total = 1145 cal
