Monday Accountability

B- yogurt and fresh strawberries
L- split pea soup
S- apple
D- bean burrito
S- some pita chips may be some hummus, a glass of wine

E- abs work out, and hopefully some cardio too.

  • B- two bowls of cereal.  I was starving!  This is probably not a great start to the day.
    L-steamed veggies, hummus with pita chips, organic fruit snack
    S-I have a work party to attend this afternoon, there will probably be cake. 
    D-salad

    E-rest day

  • B: Oatmeal, fruit, coffee (5)
    L: Smart Ones Turkey something (5) 
    D: Crab cake, filet mignon, spinach (15ish)

    S: Wine (at least 7)

    E: Off because dinner for FI's birthday is tonight!



  • BF:  egg + egg white, english muffin, 1/2 TBS PB, 1/3 cup blackberries, 1/3 cup blueberries
    L:  crockpot chicken cacciatore with a few noodles, grilled corn on the cob.
    D:  herb roasted chicken with veggies, green beans.

    S available:  yogurt with berries, peach, orange
  • B: egg mcmuffin and iced coffee (12 freaking points, off to a BAD start!!)
    L: Pumpkin Squash Ravioli Healthy Choice meal (8)
    S: lowfat blueberry Kefir (2)
    D: salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, 1/2 can white chunk tuna in water) (3)
    S: Jello sugar free pudding (2)
    Total: 27 (and I only get 26...not a great start to my first day)
    Activity: So far, I've walked 30 minutes and I'll be walking another 20-30 more with the dog later

    <div>Something that really helped me at the beginning (and still now honestly) is tracking the night before. So you start the day with a plan, you know how many points everything is before you eat it, & it helps you stay on track. </div><div>
