LORD YOU GIRLS ARE RUDE AS ALL HELL!!!! I got yelled at once for not using spell check. It is true that it doesn't make it easy to read, but please girls why do you have to be so rude. Like you said if you don't like her post you just ignore it. I think you should just stick to that! You girls act like you are in high school and have a power trip or some crap. I say ignore the rude ones block their postings and move on. They clearly just want to hurt people feeling so they can feel good about themselves. You know there are ways to get a point across with out being a B***. I know now all you rude girls will gang up on me and tell me what you think and how you feel. Grow a thicker skin. We try to be helpful and honest. We give advice based on what we read - if we can't read it then we can't help. If you don't like it then go somewhere else where there are puppies and rainbows and people to pet you on the head because we don't have time for that bull.

Man, I'm such a huge biitch that the only reason I could get a man to propose to me is by being spectacular in bed. That and my mad cleaning skillz.

See, the point is, we all misspell stuff, I personally, not to speak for the whole board, find it amusing and incredibly ironic that someone would want to give such a huge dressing down without taking any steps to make me seriously consider what you might be saying. Also, you may have noticed, many of the regs tease each other. Many of us have a rather dry sense of humor.

Also, we aren't saying anything that a stranger would say if you wandered up to them and made the same statement. I have said nothing on this board that I would not say to your face if you asked me. So why don't you think about growing up if you are going to be horribly hurt that someone might suggest that you slow your roll. Let's not all act entitled to the world, shall we?

1.) I'm married actually as are several other posters, and many more are engaged - if you had actually lurked beforehand you would know that.

2.) Anything I have ever said on this board I would absolutely say to someone face to face - we don't hide behind a screen name and just say whatever we want. We give unbiased advice because we are apart from the situation and can be objective. The advice given may sound harsh but it's honest and straightforward.

3.) People kill themselves for a myriad reasons and it's absurd to say that we are the cause of suicide.

4.) Go ahead and judge me - I don't care. Everyone judges and it would be naive of me to think I've never been judged for something I've done or said.

5.) For someone who criticized us for being mean you sure don't seem to have a problem with calling other people potentially hurtful names.

First of all, suicide is nothing to make light of or throw around like a self-righteous tagline. Being someone who's suffered the loss of a love one to suicide, it's not f*ing funny.

Two, if someone is so hard up on self-confidence or self-worth that they find themselves trying to resist the urge to end their life over some (frankly) not-that-mean commentary from complete strangers on an international bridal forum, they need to not be pursuing advice from a bunch of internet strangers - they need to be getting advice from a therapist or mental health professional.
