Made some decisions with ceremony music!

Just met with a friend of mine who sings for a living and went over a bunch of songs and had her sing. I decided to go more ecclectic and romantic then all traditional for my catholic ceremony. Very excited about it! I am going to walk down the isle to Ingrid michaelsons version of "cant help falling in love with you" ahhh gives me the chills every time! I just realized how music reallys plays a HUGE role in the tone of the wedding. :) Getting excited...200 days to go! lol

That sounds lovely, but if you are getting married in a Catholic Church, have you talked to your priest about music? Most Catholic Churches don't allow secular music to be played. But as long as your church okays the music, enjoy!

Waitng for my priest to come back from vacation next week so I can ask him about the music specifically. However, the sheet of paper he gave me for ceremony music has suggested traditional songs to choose from but then it said as long as they were appropriate, other choices would be fine. So just got to double check that!
