no; I'm wearing a poppy-red knee length skirt, white shirt with black polka dots, and a teal cardigan and teal sandals.  forgot it was Wed!

yes; a box of gift bags and tissue paper.  my dog also hides her toys there, and I often find rogue socks belonging to my H.

if it's stuffy, open.  otherwise, closed.

6.  When and where is your next vacation?
real vacation?  not for a few years after we pay off our loans.  mini-vacation?  next weekend, to Tulsa, to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary.

7.  Do you like roller coasters? Do you have a favorite one?  Other theme park attraction you love?
yes!  no.  any ride except the ones that are meant to take you up and then just drop, without "going" anywhere.  they make me sick.

I just finished Laurell K. Hamilton's latest addition to Anita Blake series.

My macbook lives under my bed sometimes since that's where I stick it before I go sleep when I surf the net in bed.

Closed always have, always will.  Habit since I was a kid.

6.  When and where is your next vacation?
Hoping that the next big one will be Denmark next year, mini one to San Fran for my birthday or Tahoe for Meg's wedding is still up in the air.

7.  Do you like roller coasters? Do you have a favorite one?  Other theme park attraction you love?
Love them, I was just at Six Flag's magic mountain 2 weeks ago.  I loved X2 there, I also like the rides that spin you around and around.

It has been quiet around here, but I can't complain since I don't post like I used to.

A Clash of Kings.  I'v read it before and I keep taking breaks from it to read other books, so it seems like I have been reading it forever.

Yes.  There are two drawers that have extra blankets and boxes/warranty information for various electronics.  Behind the drawers and almost impossible to get to are our snowboards.

5.  Do you sleep with your bedroom door open or closed?
Always closed.  It creeps me out to have it open...anyone could just wander in!

6.  When and where is your next vacation?
September and we are going to Florida for my neice's first birthday party.  This will be the first time I get to see my niece besides through Skype.

7.  Do you like roller coasters? Do you have a favorite one?  Other theme park attraction you love?
Love them!  I think Millennium Force at Cedar Point (Ohio) is my fave.

Closed. My BF is allergic to my cats.

I like roller coasters okay, but I don't go to theme parks just to ride one. No favorites.

open otherwise the cats would just meow and scratch to get back in.

Spending a few days at the end of August in Wildwood, looking forward to that, then Vegas in September.

 I love roller coasters.  I don't know if I have a favorite one per se.  I love El Toro a big wooden roller coaster at great adventure by me.  I love wooden roller coasters, upside down ones are great too, I just don't like ones where I'm jostled around too much.

Our bed is on a platform, so there's nothing underneath it.

Open so Toby can come and go as he pleases.

We are supposed to be going to Pinetop, AZ this weekend with some friends, but we don't have anyone to take care of Toby (and one of the other girls going is allergic to dogs... boo). Then we're going to Rochester for 6 days around Labor Day.

I don't mind roller coasters, but I don't seek them out. I like the rides that spin around and hold you against the wall with gravity. I also like the swings.

I LOVE them. Off the top of my head I really like the Hulk at Universal (or Islands of Adventure?). I haven't been there in a really long time though.  I really only do roller coasters, anything that spins makes me sick in my old age.

I don't leave. I roll out of bed at approximately 8:56am and over to my computer. BF and I used to go to the gym in the morning, but now he has to work at 7 so we go in the evenings, which means I get to sleep super late. :-)

I think it's called "Best Friends Forever" by Jennifer Wiener? Not very good, but I've been too lazy to find another book.

Hopefully to Vegas at the end of October. Trying to find a good deal so we can save most of our $ for food and gambling, but I also want to stay in a nice hotel and have a non-stop flight...

Don't hate them, don't love them. I want on Kingda Ka (sp?) a few years ago and thought I might have a heart attack. I prefer playing silly carnival games.

ahstillwell-  I got the four pack as well and am currently reading them I am still on the first book though.  They are so good, I'm enjoying the read.  My kindle has markers on where each new book of the 4 starts.  I don't know how it's layed out on the nook.

I love El Toro. Particularly the one hill where you think you're going to get decapitated and if you're at the back you see everyone's arms drop down.

1.  What time do you leave for work? 7.48 so I can get a cup of tea before sitting down exactly at 8. Though there's been roadworks for a month which has completely thrown my schedule off.

2.  It's Wednesday, are you wearing pink? not deliberately

3.  What book are you currently reading? It's by a Swedish author, the first in a series of 7 books so far, but I can't remember the name of it.

4.  Do you keep anything under your bed? If yes, what? Drawers on wheels with clothes in.

5.  Do you sleep with your bedroom door open or closed? Open at mine, closed at my parents.

6.  When and where is your next vacation? Def New Zealand at Christmas. Hopefully I'll take a few days off work this summer at my parents.

7.  Do you like roller coasters? Do you have a favorite one?  Other theme park attraction you love? Love all roller coasters. Kingda Ka is way up there, Pepsi Max and Iron Bru too. THough Rocket something at Universal is ace!

4.  Do you keep anything under your bed? If yes, what?  Not anymore, we have way more storage space in our new apartment.

5.  Do you sleep with your bedroom door open or closed? Mostly closed, I also have that weird fear that someone will snatch me from my bed if the door is open!

6.  When and where is your next vacation?  The first week of September, we think we might plan a family trip following a wedding in South Dakota.  We would go see the Badlands, Mount Rushmore, the Hot Springs, and some caves all in South Dakota, with Devil's Tower in Wyoming thrown in there.

7.  Do you like roller coasters? Do you have a favorite one?  Other theme park attraction you love? LOVE roller coasters.  My favorite at the local theme park (Valleyfair) is Steel Venom.  You are seated with your feet dangling off the ground and it shoots your forward and twisting up, then you zoom back and back up until you are hovering, face pointed at the ground for a moment, then you shoot back down and spiral up again.  YAY!

I like Top Gun at Great America. It's one where your feet dangle (I've ridden the same thing by different names at other theme parks). My favorite ride that I go on over and over is the Tower of Terror at Disney's California Adventure.

3.  What book are you currently reading? My textbooks. No time for fun reading these days.

4.  Do you keep anything under your bed? If yes, what? Um, I think we have some storage containers we're keeping for next time we move. FI has some camping gear under there as well.

Aug 4-10 we are going to the Keys! I can't believe I've been a Floridian most of my life and have never been to the Keys. It should be amazing.

7.  Do you like roller coasters? Do you have a favorite one?  Other theme park attraction you love?
I love roller coasters. I don't have a favorite, but I would seriously wait in line for them. Busch Gardens is one of my favorite places to go ride roller coasters.

Fizzy Lemonaide- I've never been on Kingda Ka I heard it's great- few times BF & I went last fall it was closed for repairs.
