    Up until yesterday, I've done all of my homework for the semester.

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    FI's last name..howwww cheesy am I? I like my name otherwise.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    The weekend in general.

    I don't really have a favorite but I do like Katy Perry's new song.

    Drink and sit around bonfires.

    I'd just buy a new house a little further south than were I live now. If I could relocate my family too, who knows where I'd go.

    Depends on the weather. Today- HOT

    PeeWee's Big Adventure or Clifford.

    10. Favorite TV shows that you follow regularly?
    Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Modern Family, Weeds, Big C, The Middle, CBS Monday nights, and 90210 even though I haven't caught an episode all season (f'ing school ruins my life!)

    I spent all weekend making jerky...pain in the tuckus.

    I agree with Ekath, I like my name. 

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    My birthday!  BF is taking me to Michigan's wine country for the weekend.

    Magic by B.O.B. has been stuck in my head all morning.

    Go apple picking and carve pumpkins.

    London, for sure.

    Depends on the weather.  My mint mocha this morning was definitely hot.

    Breakfast Club, I used to watch it all the time.  Or Babysitters Club...apparently I have something for clubs.

    Big Bang Theory and Glee.  Those are really the only two I DVR religiously.

    I am also very up to date with homework :) and my place is very clean

    I won't go into specifics, but I wish my last name was easier to spell/pronounce

    Haha, um well I am hoping BF proposes soon so I am def looking forward to that.

    1. Something you've done lately to feel accomplished?
    I took a fairly big role in a major MAJOR event at work, just because I could. It wasn't something I had to do, or that my boss really encouraged me into doing, but I was able to lend my assistance, and make an impact on the event. I feel I really accomplished a lot with the work I did, and I know the event was a HUGE hit for all in attendance (it was almost 2 weeks ago now, but recent enough).

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    Stephanie. I always get called Stephanie, which isn't even close to my name. I must look like a Stephanie.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    I dunno. I was really looking forward to this past weekend (which was uber fun), so I'm kinda in a blah time in between fun stuff. My friend is going to be home on the weekend for his birthday, and I haven't see him since spring, so I am looking forward to that I guess.

    N'SYNC all the way!

    5. New favorite song?
    I don't think I have one ATM.

    6. Favorite fall thing to do?
    Thanksgiving. I just love it. The time off is so needed!

    Somewhere in either the Canadian (Ontario or out East) or Scottish country side. I'd like a moderate century home that we could really fix up and make our own on a small hobby farm.

    Iced, with cream and sugar.

    9. Favorite childhood movie?

    Cinderella, I think. I didn't really have one absolute favourite, but I definitely did love this one.

    Hmm..well..I have my thesis proposal this fall and I finally set a date for it.

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    Maybe something that couldn't be shortened, because I hate telling people I go by such and such rather than my full name. Just gets old after a while.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    Thanksgiving. I can't wait to have multiple days off work.

    Backstreet Boys totally.

    I'm lame and don't really keep up with current music. But I listened to a lot of Queen on my long drive yesterday.

    Drink pumpkin spice cappucinos...mmm!

    Maybe Dominica or St. Lucia. Somewhere with either beaches/mountains.

    Hot. I only get iced when I go to Starbucks in the summer, which is really really infrequently.

    Probably Aladdin. I still think I know all the words to it.

    1. Something you've done lately to feel accomplished?  I'm 1 powerpoint away from being prepped for the entire week (of teaching)

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?  I kinda like my name...my mom totally named me after graffiti. 

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?  Christmas at grandma's?  I know, I know, it's early, but we just got the date for it this weekend and I'm psyched cause we can actually GO (it's a super long drive from here..)

    4. N'SYNC or Backstreet Boys? (When they were around, not now) 'NSYNC then, but I think I'd prefer BSB now.

    5. New favorite song? Without the radio on, I have no concept of "new music"...I'm a musical junkie though, so that's expected

    7. If you could move anywhere in the world, and not have to worry about money, where would it be?  BF would choose FL, I would choose...suburbs of NYC, probably.  (we're obviously both transplants to VA)

    Paid off a buttload of medical bills that have been weighing me down.
    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    I used to want to be called my middle name, but I've realized in adulthood that most girls who go by that name are nasty.  So I like my first name.
    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    Going on Vacay.  I NEED IT!

    To my hometown. I would buy back the family farm, and make my parents quit their jobs.

    mookow, congrats on setting your thesis proposal date!  Just did that last fall and it's such a pain in the butt :)  Good luck!  And remember that chocolate is better than thesis writing 99.9% of the time.

    Just finished a 2 day conference with government officials and senior corporate executives from throughout Mexico - over 250 people attended, 50 speakers, and I ran the entire thing in Spanish!  Woot!

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    My mother wanted to name me Heather before I was born, and I used to hate my name and wanted to be Heather.  Now I like my name, except for work because Spanish speakers can't pronounce it.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    Europe!  Next Friday!  Vienna, Munich, Paris - cannot WAIT!

    Ehh.... I've been kind of lazy lately. I did get all my thank you's out 2 weeks after the wedding!

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    I'm fine with my name. It's a bit common (Heather) but I guess its suiting. My parents were all set to name me Tiffany until their neighbors had a daughter and named her Tiffany. I'm glad they changed, because I am NOT a Tiffany. DH had the funniest look on his face when he was thinking of me being named Tiffany. He also agrees it would not be suiting for me at all.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    My honeymoon! Then going to CA in April for SIL wedding.  Oh and waiting to her if my brother is getting PCS'd (moved) to ND.

    Rob Zombie. What can I say, I didn't like or listen to boy bands.

    In just a few days, I have raised $345.00 towards a breast cancer walk I'm doing this coming Sunday.

    When I was younger I would have changed it to anything really, but I have grown into it, and BF has a really strange name, so mine doesn't seem so bad now.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    My vaca and Disney it's so close! 9 days away!

    Oh so very excited! We went to AAA the other day to look into discount park tickets, but it turns out they only give a discount of you get tickets for 3 days or more. We are only staying two in Disney. So I was kind of bummed about that, but still nothing is going to kill my excitement for this trip!     I started working which gives me more time to do my schoolwork in the mornings.  :D  It's nice to have time to get all my reading done even if teaching means losing like 3 hours of sleep. 

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    I don't think I'd change my name.  I like mine a lot.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    I'm going to visit my parents in Seattle this Christmas.  It'll be my first time back in the US in a year and a half.

    The new Kylie Minogue...I think it's called All the Lovers.

    6. Favorite fall thing to do?
    Step on the crunchy leaves.  Also, take long walks enjoying the crisp, fall air.  It's a nice change from the summer heat.

    I'd love to try living in Argentina. I hear it's wonderful.

    I found shoes for the wedding at a tent sale (I'm lucky enough to live near one of the largest "bridal districts") for just $10 and paid an extra 15 to have them dyed royal blue by the salon!  I am super stoked about this bargain! :)

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    I like my name, there is a good story behind it too... I wouldn't want to loose that.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    Fall in general... Halloween with my son, Football weekends, roasting mallows over the fire pit out back and my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving! :)

    Blue & White, thanks! It's only proposing what I'm going to do my thesis on...I still have 3 more years to go :-/  But I definitely agree with the chocolate part. So you're done and graduated and everything? Wow! I can't imagine that day ever getting here.

    I am 8 days away from completing Slim in 6. It's the furthest I've ever gotten in sticking with a workout program.

    Elizabeth. I've always loved that name.

    Closing on our house.

    I actually never listened to them while they were together. I think I know more Backstreet Boys than N'SYNC though. So Backstreet Boys.

    I'm obsessed with "If I Had You" by Adam Lambert.

    It's a tie between going to the cider mill and going on motorcycle rides to see the changing leaves.

    It's small- Decided on taking out 1 more school loan to help with loose ends.  A relief and not a big deal since I have only taken out 1.

    yea, I realized I read it wrong after I posted (oops)  Done and finished with my thesis, but only a MS thesis (yours sounds more like a PhD).  I had up and had it with research and went MS so I could teach at the CC and not deal with the politics of teaching at the university...I was science, it's politicky.

    To those that were talking about the name Heather:

    My sister is Heather.  My mom didn't know the sex of me until I was born.  They had a boy name, no girl name.
    Thank god, for more reasons than this, but I was going to be Hiram Bradley. 

    Mom said she looked at me and all she could see was Heather.  I apparently didn't look like my sister, just looked like a "Heather".  So, she didn't name me right away.
    She was in a wheelchair rolling me out of the hospital, when the nurses informed her she HAD to name me before she could leave with me.
    So, they gave her a book to look at.  They came up with this at the last minute:  Heather = bush.  Holly = tree. 


    My parents named us after shrubbery, and they still swear to me they didn't smoke pot in the 70s.... I'm calling BS.

    Got a 50/50 split on proceeds from a concert at the Church.

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    I wouldn't change my name...well expect to FBD's last name.  I like Paige.  It's hella cool name.

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    OMG SO MANY THINGS!!
    Our event in 2 weeks...it's where I really shine!
    Christmas.
    My birthday (which is like 9 days after Christmas)
    My (maybe) trip to Disney.

    4. N'SYNC or Backstreet Boys? (When they were around, not now)
    BSB.  N'Sync was lame! =P

    5. New favorite song?
    Iunno...

    6. Favorite fall thing to do?
    Baking! And apple picking.  And drives through the valley!

    Here.  I love Nova Scotia that much.

    I'm done with all the backstock of cards I needed to make for our craft shows (still have a few new ones I want to make, though)

    2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be?
    I like my first name.  I've always had to spell and pronounce my last name, but I'm changing it to one that is easy to pronounce, but always gets misspelled - such is life

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    My wedding in 5 months - can't wait to marry that incredible man!

    4. N'SYNC or Backstreet Boys? (When they were around, not now)
    I didn't listen to either of them, I was a country girl when they were around

    Baking/cooking in the oven without dying with the extra heat in the house...I just found a recipe for Pecan Pie Brownies that I can't wait to try for our bake sale at the end of October.

    I would probably stay in the Vegas area, just buy a nicer/bigger house

    Homework? I'm super boring lately.

    I used to hate my name because it wasn't very common, but now I like it. It seems to fit me. If I had to change, it would be to Caitlin (my middle name).

    3. What is something you are really looking forward to?
    Thanksgiving (favorite holiday!) and going to Delaware in a few months for BF's best friend's birthday.
