Dress is in!!!

But I can't pick it up until Sat. :-(

When I called to make an appointment to try my dress on and pick it up on Sat, the ladies treid to tell me I could only come M-F. After fighting with them about just starting a new Job and not being able to get the time off work as well as threatening to come on TK and let the other Local brides know how crummy the customer Service is once you have already bought the dress, they reluctantly gave me a time to try my dress on and take it home.

For goodness sakes, I wasn't asking the alterations lady to come in on her day off. I'm glad I had already made the decision to not use them for alterations because I'm sure it would have been worse to have crummy service though out that.

I will post picktures for you all on Monday.... PROMSE!

Well, I'm so happy your dress is in!

But I had the same kind of experience!!! Once I paid for the dress, the customer service at the store was AWFUL. Those bitches!

wth? whatever shop your at must suck! your the customer, YOU come in when YOU want. not when they want you to. i can imagine if your using them as alterations, but your not. you just have to try it on, and take it with you.

Sorry you've had a bad experience, but at least you are going elsewhere for alterations and won't have to deal with them again!

Awesome that your dress is in. Sorry they are being so rude. I never ordered either of my dresses, so i've never had to deal with waiting for it to come in or deal with the customer service after the fact. Good Luck.
