need help with the accessories

the holiday party for BF's work is this weekend and this is the dress I am going to  wear. I have no idea what color shoes to wear as I have some black tights I am wearing. I also have a little black shrug. I am clueless on what earrings and if I should wear a necklace.

Big earrings, no necklace and maybe a bracelet.  You don't need a necklace with that neckline, it looks very pretty already.

If it is one of those over-the-top-drunk-lampshade-on-head holiday work party, then definitely go for some flashy jewelry. 

Red shoes would look super cute with the dress!

I'm far from fashionista so take my advice with a large grain of salt.

I would choose one bright color, like red or yellow maybe, for the shoes and accessories to add a punch of color to the outfit. Bright colors look great with a black and white dress. I agree with amsybot, you probably don't need a necklace with that neckline.

That dress is too cute!  I would actually go with black shoes if you are going to wear a black shrug.  The band on the dress will tie those three in together (plus your black stockings).

I, personally, think you could wear a necklace if you have one you like that isn't too long.  Maybe a short strand of pearls?  From your picture, it looks like your hair is long, so if you wear it down, I would just go with a simple pair of studs.  If you wear it back, you should go with something with some more flashiness, then skip the pearls and wear a chunky ring or bracelet. 

Have fun with it and be comfortable so you can enjoy the party!
