    I haven't seen it in person, but I know people that know people that have gotten married there. It looks beautiful in pictures!

    This snow is seriously kray-kray. There are two city buses stuck on my block. I vaguely remember the Blizzard of '96, but I don't think it was this bad. Fun times.

    The blizzard of '96 was fun because I was 14 and had no "real life" responsibilities.  All I had to do was help my mom dig out the sidewalk - which blew, literally, because we had half an inch of snow next to the house and four feet on the sidewalk!

    We're hoping the LIRR is up and running tomorrow - DH couldn't get into work and his company was open, so we're hoping that management doesn't give him a hard time that he couldn't get there.  I mean, our street wasn't plowed until 6pm this evening!!

    I saw your crazy weather on the news! I feel like everywhere is getting hit really hard this winter. The poor east coasters of Canada just keep getting nailed, and so do the people a few hours from where I live here in Ontario. And then there's been all that snow in Europe as well...
